The hotel's location and surroundings are great, and it's easy to find! The triple room had decent space, and the facilities provided were well-organized. It's a good hotel overall!

My wife and I took a relaxing trip to Gero Onsen. It's a traditional Japanese inn. My wife was a little dissatisfied because the hairdryer had weak airflow, but the bathwater was absolutely fantastic, more than making up for it.

This hotel is very close to the train station, not in the direction of the hot spring street, but at the foot of the mountain. It's not far to walk to, but if there's no hotel shuttle bus, you can only carry your suitcases in and out of the cave. There are stairs and no elevator. The only bright spot of the hotel is that there is a waiter who speaks Chinese. I didn't sleep well the night before. The air conditioner was very loud, and I was woken up by the train at night. There is only one indoor hot spring pool, no view, and the locker has no lock. Anyway, it's quite simple. The breakfast is not bad. There is nothing special about the hotel, and I was too lazy to take pictures. The flowers on the path along the way are beautiful, which is a plus.

The staff were friendly and the hot springs were always open, but it was very inconvenient that there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The location is great, but the hotel facilities are a bit old and the rooms are small. The hot spring water is the best!
