No complaints! We were able to get an early check in - almost 4 hours early. The room was clean and the service was great. Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay at Hampton Inn Buffalo. The room was clean, and it's near the school and walkable distance.

Very close to UB, very convenient
Very much clean, safe & friendly staff
Breakfast is also good & 24 hour free
Coffee at reception is just a wow.
Next time will stay again if get a chance
to visit buffalo state

退房的時候一切順利。酒店也未告知有任何問題。但是，在我們抵達機場的時候收到信用卡短訊被酒店扣了277美金！之前入住的時候也扣了50美金。打電話去問酒店得知，因為爸爸在衞生間裏抽了一支煙😓，所以酒店説要多扣我們一天房費。可是明明我們在攜程預訂兩天一共才花了兩千RMB，為啥一天要扣我們那麼多！爸爸因為是第一次來美，不清楚規定違反了吸煙條例，這點我們認，可是酒店在未經我們許可的前提下擅自用我們作為擔保的信用卡扣錢就有些自説自話了！況且事先從未告知我們在房間裏面是不可以吸煙的。希望攜程方面可以幫我們跟酒店協調，看看是否可以追回一些金額。我們作為攜程的忠實用户，任何出遊首選攜程，十幾年來基於雙方的信任，合作一直都很愉快。這次實在是個人方面有些疏忽，但是請酌情考量，積極與該酒店方協調，靜盼迴音！拜託了！
