The location is good, a 10-minute walk from the ancient city. It's a small boutique hotel with few facilities. The rooms and bathrooms are not big. Although there is a balcony, it is actually the outdoor stair space of an old-fashioned house. There is a small desk in the room, but two people can live together. A large suitcase can be spread out, and there is not enough room to store toiletries in the bathroom.

A modern place almost at the centre of Gent. Very polite reception. Rooms are new and clean. Free water, tea and coffee at the room. The spa is small but very pleasant and stylish. It consists of a sauna, hamam, red light, chill out zone with free soft drink.

Quite nice but understaffed and more like a B&B - naming it Hotel & Spa is exaggerated as there is a two person mini spa area which you can only use after reservation which is not communicated.

A wonderful stay in this Hotel. The staff takes great care - superb services - great private SPA after a day of walking - breakfast with local products, delicious! To consume without moderation !

An excellent small-scale hotel, close to the busy heart of Ghent but located in a quiet street. Parking is available nearby in the public car park in Savaanstraat. We received a warm welcome. Our room was clean and modern, with convenient controls for lights, etc. The bathroom was small but comfortable, with a good shower and wonderful Codage products in environmentally friendly dispensers. It is definitely worthwhile to reserve 1 hour in the wellness (private), this is included in the price. Every detail had also been taken into account in the wellness area. The breakfast was very nice and tasty, with plenty of choice and very tasty à la carte dishes. Kudos also for the super friendly service! We were very satisfied, but perhaps dare to give one more tip: a pillow menu, so that you can choose a Tempur pillow. We will return to this hotel on our next visit to Ghent!

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend and our experience was very successful. The hotel is sublime, the staff are adorable, the rooms are clean and very well decorated. The breakfast is excellent and the spa is pleasant. We will come back

Super!! Truly wonderful hotel with a top location. Breakfast delicious, absolutely nothing missing. Room and bed top! And the spa that can be reserved is really great. We enjoyed it immensely!!
