Perfectly comfortable bed, we had a perfect night in this high-standard and very charming hotel. The ceiling is really high, and gives the room some really pleasant space. The spa is also very pleasant, quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Good style of decoration, convenient location, friendly and helpful stuffs, but the facilities are not as good as the expectation, don’t expect too much about gym or swimming pool etc.

The room is very big. I booked a balcony room, but the only room I was given was by the road. Room number is 141. Everyone should avoid this room. Because of the noise of cars at night. There was also construction in the morning, so I couldn't sleep well. I reported it to Ctrip and it was solved. There is always a body odor smell when the room door is opened, and the window needs to be opened for ventilation. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk from the main old street. The hotel environment is very good.

Located near the center of Ghent, you can reach the busiest area in the city in about five minutes' walk. The area is convenient and safe, and there is a supermarket within a three-minute walk. The hotel facilities are very good, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, the breakfast environment is beautiful and there are many choices, but the shower water pressure in the room is not particularly strong, which is the only flaw. Overall highly recommended!

Super nice hotel! The location is excellent. You can reach the Saint-Michel Bridge in six or seven minutes' walk. You can start the city walk right where you are. You can even go back to the hotel to rest for a while before going out for sightseeing when you are tired. The hotel environment is very good, the room is also very neat and clean, and we were lucky enough that the hotel upgraded us to a suite for free! All in all, it is the most comfortable and favorite hotel in the whole European trip🏨~

The hotel is ideally located. You can be in the city in 5 minutes. The parking garage next door was affordable and you can get to the hotel in no time The hotel itself is very nice. Staff attentive and friendly. Nice breakfast which you can also do outside when the weather is nice.

From the initial cancellation of the reservation to the actual check-in, the agent's communication was poor and the experience was average, not as good as promised. I booked a premium room and the bed facing the door was too lazy to change. The so-called windows are behind the head of the bed, and you can barely feel the windows. The so-called good should mean that the hotel's design, restaurant and supporting facilities are quite complete.
