Stayed 10 days in this small hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted by Claudia in reception with a smile. She kindly explained everything about the hotel and location. After that she showed us our room. We booked classic-room and there was plenty of space and storage for 2 people staying 10-days. I love when hotel room has enough drawers and closet space, sadly many "modern" hotels forget this. Room was exceptionally clean and central controlled air conditioning was powerful enough during heatwave. Although room was facing street side, noise wasn't problem when balcony doors was closed. Breakfast was plentiful and there was dedicated table for gluten free items. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it three course meal was good value for money. Daytime you can order from pizza to salads. Pool area behind the hotel was quiet and calm. There was usually free sun beds available, only one day all sun beds were reserved for several hours. You can order drinks directly to your sun bed. Location is perfect in my opinion, bus stop is next to the hotel and it is so easy just hop in bus and go to Catania etc. It is only 5-10 minutes from beach by walking and there are many good restaurants near hotel. Hotel area is much more quieter compared hotels in Naxos lido area. Overall I really recommend this hotel especially for couples. The staff is wonderful and the service is really friendly with personal touch because of hotel size.

The staff are the jewel in this hotel's crown! A special mention must go to Claudia on reception who was wonderfully helpful, cheerful and efficient and in fact every member of the team who we encountered were extremely friendly and attentive. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the air conditioning does a brilliant job. The cleaners are excellent, ensuring that the bedrooms and all areas of the hotel are kept spotless. Breakfast is very good - a wide variety of fresh fruits, alongside various hot items and continental choices and please do try the evening meal! The food and presentation as well as the service was excellent and is served at lamp-lit tables outside in sight of the pool which added a very special atmosphere. Added to all of this, the location of the hotel is central and within each reach of bus-stops, shops and slrestaurants. Highly recommended!

We have spent a week in this really delightful hotel. The staff were so so nice , we only stayed B+B but the breakfast was really nice. The room was lovely and cleaned everyday, good air con, mini bar fully stocked (supplement) and with a small but adequate balcony. The pool area was so peaceful and pretty for a small hotel. I would definitely recommend. It’s in a really good location to shops and restaurants with only a 10 minute walk down to the bustling beach strip.

I cannot praise this hotel enough. Spotlessly clean. Beautifully decorated rooms. Wonderfully kind, helpful staff. A perfectly relaxing and secluded pool area. Would absolutely recommend.

We booked this holiday and hotel very near our departure date and we based it on the good reviews and price and they are all true. The service went beyond the normal hotel service with nothing being too much trouble plus it being friendly and easy. The rooms are well appointed, spotlessly clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. We had a room with a balcony facing the pool which we would recommend. It was my birthday weekend and at breakfast on my birthday I was surprised with 2 glasses of Prosecco to start my day. We had no problem getting a sunbed beside the very warm pool and the bar service for the pool was readily available. The bus to Taormina is very close by (1.90 euros each way) and there are buses in all directions from there too. We thought the CitybySee was good value for a day especially including the green line Godfather Tour. There is also a good supermarket nearby and many Italian restaurants. If I was being very picky I was disappointed that there isn't a kettle in the room but reception let me fill use the hot water in the breakfast coffee machine for my early morning tea. We would highly recommend.
