YULAMAN Hotel

I had a wonderful time on the island, staying at this hotel. My priorities were: stable internet, a comfortable bed, no sewage or other unpleasant smells, peace and quiet away from the mosque, and amenities. And this hotel didn't disappoint. There were many helpful administrators. However, there were also downsides, such as forgetting to refill water bottles, empty trash, or other minor issues. But they always cleaned the room, even if I put out the 'do not disturb' sign until after lunch. The pool is beautiful, but it's awkward to swim in due to a tree in the center. The hotel hallways smelled lovely. I really appreciated this detail; it was pleasant walking to my room. Breakfasts left something to be desired, especially considering the room price. The fruit didn't look very appealing, and I often didn't finish my meal (see photos). A few other minor design flaws: 1) The bathroom mirror was positioned awkwardly, making it hard to use. 2) There were no power outlets near the table, so I had to reach for the nightstands. I must commend the staff's readiness to quickly resolve issues. For example, upon check-in, I found the towels to be quite dirty. When they were replaced, the new ones had a terrible smell. I pointed this out and asked them to fix the problem the next day, as personal hygiene items shouldn't leave such a smell on your body and hair. After apologizing, I received clean and fresh towels the next day, and there were no further problems. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I slept well despite being a light sleeper.

🌿 A spectacular setting surrounded by nature, with very unique bamboo architecture. ⭐ Exceptionally welcoming and attentive staff. 🧘 A calm atmosphere, ideal for relaxing or for a couples' retreat. 🍽️ Good quality food and a much-appreciated spa.

Visually, it's a good hotel. My only negative was the complete lack of soundproofing, but otherwise, everything was great.

There's a terrible musty smell in the bathroom. After using the towels once, they reek. The breakfast is very meager with almost no selection.

Pros: - The hotel has a convenient location in the center of the island, allowing quick access to any point on the island. - The rooms are clean and visually appealing. - The staff is welcoming and friendly. Cons: - No hot water. - The room was never cleaned during my entire stay. - Breakfast is sparse and takes a very long time to prepare.

Wonderful room by the pool, with shops nearby, including a 24-hour grocery store. It's located in the middle of the island, perfect for those who enjoy walking.
