Vamana Resort

We stayed two nights at this hotel. I agree with other reviews: the staff is very nice and kind. The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel itself is a little tired, but we weren't there long enough and it didn't spoil the experience. The air conditioning works well, but the water pressure in the shower was sometimes very weak. The best part is that right across from the hotel is a beach with lots of turtles. If you swim out from the shore, there's a beautiful reef with tons of fish. You can even skip the boat tour and just spend time on this beach; there are more turtles here than anywhere else. The reef is very diverse. There are sun loungers, but you can also find a spot under the trees on the sand. The hotel itself is quiet; there are no noisy clubs nearby, but if you need to, they're within walking or driving distance. Overall, my impressions of my stay here were positive.

The hotel is in a great location. It's right next to a turtle beach. You can swim even at low tide. The pool is clean. The staff is friendly. The room is a bit dark, with almost no natural light due to the design. The bathroom is okay. This is our third time staying at this hotel. The double room had a good mattress, while the twin room had worse mattresses. The breakfasts are very good. The hotel's location and staff are its main advantages.
