Good for group travelers. It would be more convenient if there was a shuttle bus to the hotel. For individual travelers, getting there from the airport is very inconvenient, and getting to the city center from the hotel is also difficult. The facilities are above average, and it offers good value for money.

It was easy check in and check out .. the view was nice as it would look on to a bay area.. if you looking for great deals on shoes and branded products, there is an outlet mall in walking distance of the place..

This hotel offers good value for money, and the weekend rates aren't much higher than weekdays. You can enjoy bay views from the window. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from Gimpo Airport and the subway station. The timetable was sent in an email before check-in. You only need to book the airport shuttle at the front desk; for others, you can just hop on. The downside is that the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to be adjustable. Even after turning it down, it remained quite warm, so I had to open the window to cool down.

It is a tranquil and quiet place. It has a nice Ara waterway view.

The location is a bit far from the city center, so it's relatively quiet. It's right by Marina Bay, which is great for enjoying the breeze and the views, though it can get quite windy. Our room was cleaned daily, and it was well-equipped with amenities like disposable toothbrushes, toiletries, slippers, a safe, bottled water, a kettle, cups, tea bags, and a drying rack. We booked a family room for two, but it still felt small. Plus, our assigned room didn't face Marina Bay, so we didn't get any sea views, and there was no Wi-Fi – we had to 'borrow' from the neighboring room's network (luckily, hotel Wi-Fi usually doesn't require a password), probably because it was a special offer room. The shuttle service deserves a thumbs up; it got us to the airport quickly, and the driver even helped with our luggage. Some staff members spoke Chinese, and English communication was also fine, so there were no language barrier issues.

Super convenient if you need to get to Gimpo International Airport

The hotel environment is really nice. I arrived after 2 AM, but check-in was smooth, and the front desk service was excellent! It's very convenient to get to the nearby outlet. There are several free shuttle buses to Gimpo Airport daily, and the front desk provides the shuttle schedule! They also help with taxi services! Great value for money!

The service at this hotel is quite rigid, essentially non-existent. The front desk staff barely smile, which might be typical for hotels abroad, I guess? The facilities are also quite old, probably around 10 years old, and there's a stale odor. The only positive thing worth mentioning is its proximity to the outlet mall and the shuttle service. The shuttle driver was exceptionally enthusiastic and made us feel a little warmth.

Extremely clean and comfortable! I'm very satisfied! The bedding was super comfy! The hygiene was impeccable and tidy! The suite was incredibly spacious! The lake view from the room was stunning! There's a modern outlet mall nearby, making shopping very convenient! The local food around here is absolutely delicious!

Overall happy with my stay, convenience to receive food delivery, only issue is the location is quite isolated to go everywhere but no problem to book cabs via kakao app.

The suite was truly amazing, the bed and room was very comfortable and met our expectations. The hotel workers were kind and helpful. There was a few restaurants/cafes close by, and a convenience store in the first floor of lobby and another just 50 meters away. We didn’t know the pool had different times when you can swim and only use one time, as well as need for swimming cap. I wish there was time at the pool were it would be only adults. Since when we wanted to go it was just to many children, which made us just go and not swim.. overall the room was awesome and close to airport, but really wish they had some adult only times at the pool!

Rubber mat on the bathroom was dirty. No cutlery or plates was provided at all and nothing else was given to us besides 2 tea and coffee sachets. We weren’t even provided with toothbrushes. The pools were only available once per person (not per pool either so you had to choose one) and for a max of 2 hrs. This was extremely disappointing since the Sky Pool was overly crowded when went to have a look, and closed the following morning. We walked to the closest convenience store to get some beverages since only 2 water bottles were provided and ordered take out since the hotel doesn’t have a dining service (only breakfast until 9:45AM). Since I doesn’t use single use cutlery (helping the environment), I called the front desk and asked if we could have some cutlery (they have a restaurant, this was not a hard ask) and was told they could not provide cutlery but that someone would go to the convenience store and purchase some cutlery for us which I was extremely thankful for. Only to then be disappointed after waiting 20mins when I called again and was told that we should go get it instead (this happened due to poor English skill from the front desk staff). These would all be very forgivable if this was a 1-star, cheap hotel however, after paying close to ₩300,000 for a single night, this is extremely disappointing. My assistance made the reservation assuming this hotel was excellent based on the rating and amenities, overall an EXTREMELY disappointing stay, would not recommend 😭
