Lovely hotel but a bit far from everything- next to premium outlets that had a huge food court but we never made it in time. Orders close at 8:30 and they don’t take cash. Hotel info said subway station was 10 meters away but actually it was miles away and hard to get to. Finally figured out the bus system toward the last day. I wouldn’t recommend to travelers who don’t speak Korean. Used the hotel’s 24-hour gym every day- good perk. “Convenience” store inside hotel only open from 7pm to midnight. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall a very positive experience though; in a way I liked the quiet neighborhood. No residences, just big logistics hubs and outlets. Great choice for shopping travelers! It is only one stop away from Gimpo Airport. The accommodation is very close to the subway. The room is clean and tidy. There is a supermarket nearby for shopping, as well as breakfast and late-night snack bars. I will choose to stay here next time.

We stayed here during the height of the Covid Quarantine in South Korea. We were quarantined here for our mandatory 7-day quarantine. We were scared to death, we got off the government bus that dropped us off here. Could not tell much because everything was walled off in plastic but let me say. We got to our room, and it was very nice. We had a beautiful view of the marina. We watched ducks and boats come in and out all day. The staff although many were government workers were more than helpful. We did not get to see any of the other parts of the hotel, but from the photos it looks amazing. I rate this place high because the room was amazing, an amazing bathroom. and the service was amazing although we never got to leave the room. I would love to come back here after Covid and visit this place on our own terms. I bet it is breathtaking. The people were so helpful and the food was very good.

I have a conference at KINTEX, come in with a group of 11 people. I got deluxe double room, the room was amazing and huge, with retractable roof blinde, huge window, jacuzzi bathtub, and LgStyler for steam dry/self iron clothes, suits and coats, flat iron for hair, hairdryer.. Bed was super comfortable. Tv and PC with internet access are available in the room as well. But the downside was the sink was outside the bathroom. Feels a bit awkward. They claim the room was soundproof, honestly when we have a nice songs and chatting, we get a call from reception to turn down the noise. For my friends room, they were at twin room, and no LGStyler, and the sink was next to bed. Some complaints that the room has a smell. the breakfast buffet was really simple. not many variety for western food. They have korean breakfast

The hotel was so tidy and spacious and the service was good. On my first visit, I made a phone reservation and the staff waited a little because they received the guests first, but the regrets at that time were great enough to blow away. It's a pity that I couldn't eat breakfast, but I'm going to eat breakfast on my next visit. Breakfast is expected to be delicious enough and you'll be waiting for your next visit.

It's a 2 star hotel? ㅎㅎ The location is good. I upgraded the room this time and I'm going to see football well ㅎㅎ But the TV doesn't fix it, so it looks a bit dangerous ㅠㅠ.. The breakfast was good. The ramen house is really delicious in front of the hotel.
