I’d an amazing stay at Palorto hotel! The owners were really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was one of the best ones that I’d recently. When I requested for an iron, I got it in 5 minutes! Brilliant service and I’d book it again if I plan to visit albania again!

Lovely small family run hotel, nicely situated in the old town but way from the noisy crowded streets. The room was large enough for two with a spacious bathroom. Everything was new and very clean. Breakfast was supplied, though on the room description, it stated no breakfast. Moreover, the breakfast was very good and was brought to our table, a very nice touch with freshly made breads and omelettes. The family run hotel really took care of us from early check-in to providing information and made sure we got on the local bus, which stopped outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend the Palroto hotel.

We recently stayed at this awesome family-owned hotel and loved every minute of it. The attention to detail was spot on, and the rooms were super clean and cozy. Our favourite moment was enjoying the breakfast in their beautiful courtyard. The owner Donald was amazing, going above and beyond with his service. He was so helpful with any questions we had and really made us feel at home. The breakfast was great with lots of yummy options. Plus, the location is perfect – close to all the attractions. The free parking nearby for hotel guests was a huge plus too. We highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

This is nice little place in the centre of the old town. There are 4 rooms, some, like ours, have a little balcony with great views. The rooms look newly done, they're immaculate and very clean. Nice to have black-out blinds on the windows for a good night's sleep. It's on a "main" cobbled lane, but there's very little traffic and we didn't experience any noise. The family that run it live on the top floor and are there if you need them, but not obtrusive. We had excellent breakfasts, served in a small sun lounge area. Lots of food, freshly cooked and varied from day to day. If you're on a motorbike, as two guests were, you can park it in the little courtyard. We parked our car 40 metres down the road with no difficulties.

Family hotel located in the historic center. In my case, a nice terrace in the room. Abundant and good breakfast. Friendly staff. Wifi works well. Parking on the street but the car is well parked. The only bad thing is how small and uncomfortable the bathroom is.

We stayed in this property to visit Agirocastro. Getting there was really a problem because you have to get there from the castle and then go down narrow streets. Luckily a resident gave us a hand to get there, and then the owner, since the rental car was small, had us put it in the garage. The room overlooked the internal garden on the first floor, clean enough but tiny with difficulty putting the backpacks on the floor. A bit noisy since you could hear everything in the rooms next door, but for the price with breakfast included it was fine. The furniture is all new and the environment welcoming. To underline near the hotel several Ottoman tower houses and the 5 minute walk from the center and the castle (uphill)

Small hotel, quite difficult to access, in the old part of the city, very pleasant. There is private parking 100 meters away, which is precious in Gjirokaster! Good welcome. The small rooms are quite new and very clean. Unfortunately, there is no table or bedside lamp on the left side of the bed. The owner made us some gluten-free doughnuts and there was even butter! It was light but the intention was lovely, because it is difficult to find something gluten-free in Albania...
