I stay here for two nights, the bed was clean but the table and bed is quite cramped I couldn’t really sit and relax and the toilet area need to be refurbished but shower was nice with the water pressure and last it’s not a bad thing but this is the first time I stay in hotel where my room it’s underground but other than that it’s nice and comfortable stay. And I saw this spot it’s nice to take photo 5 minutes walk.

Out of 10 hotels I've stayed at during my 15 days in the UK, this was by far the worst experience, yet it was the most expensive. The room was tiny, the facilities were old, and the soundproofing was terrible. The toilet wouldn't flush, meaning I had to find a bin to scoop water and flush it myself after using it! The faucet was also loose. If I hadn't arrived so late, I would have definitely changed hotels. The only positive was the friendly front desk staff. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Chinese tourists.

The place was very clean , I called the hotel informing we will check in late and they check in was quick , the room was spacious and all basic necessities provided . The breakfast also had a variety and the staff was kind to provide a takeaway breakfast when we were leaving . The hotel staff were kind and helpful too overall will recommend this.

I arrived early and was charged an extra 170 GP; the staff gave me attitude, I had to repeat myself multiple times, and I was made to fill out the paperwork myself—a terrible experience.

It's located very close to the University of Glasgow and the Kelvingrove Museum and park. Grocery stores and cafes very close by. Service is very good, with free luggage storage. Bus and rail service is not far too.

Great hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all so helpful: from the restaurant to the cleaning staff all friendly and helpful. The manager was very helpful. Local area has lots of bars and restaurants. Definitely recommended.

I found this hotel quite average. First off, the room was tiny, and the bathroom was so small I couldn't even stretch my legs. The interior was also dim. We paid 1680 RMB/night, including breakfast, for the last week of July, and I honestly think it was really poor value for money.
