Best Western Glasgow Hotel

Out of 10 hotels I've stayed at during my 15 days in the UK, this was by far the worst experience, yet it was the most expensive. The room was tiny, the facilities were old, and the soundproofing was terrible. The toilet wouldn't flush, meaning I had to find a bin to scoop water and flush it myself after using it! The faucet was also loose. If I hadn't arrived so late, I would have definitely changed hotels. The only positive was the friendly front desk staff. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Chinese tourists.

The location is super convenient, close to Glasgow University and the Hunterian Museum. The hotel breakfast offers a great variety, a traditional English buffet, and even includes local Glasgow specialties like black pudding.

Great location, and quite clean.

I found this hotel quite average. First off, the room was tiny, and the bathroom was so small I couldn't even stretch my legs. The interior was also dim. We paid 1680 RMB/night, including breakfast, for the last week of July, and I honestly think it was really poor value for money.

The room facilities were pretty basic and a bit dated. I could hear the neighbors opening their door, and it sounded like someone was knocking on mine. The breakfast buffet, however, was quite good.
