Such a nice hotel, rooms are lovely. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed with a young baby and they made it very easy. Would recommend.

Stayed 1 night 28/12/23. Lovely old building & room was very tastefully decorated in keeping with building. Breakfast was great quality & staff friendly. Great central location, would stay again.

Lovely old building in the heart of Glasgow Centre. Staff were great, very friendly, efficient and helpful. Excellent table service breakfast in hotel restaurant. Room was perfect, very comfortable, quite large and with beautiful stained glass window. Really happy that I stayed here and will likely stay again next time in Glasgow.

Overall the hotel was everything i had hoped for in terms of decor and location. Just a couple of small things let the place down, being that we arrived at 3.45pm (check in was 3pm onwards) to find our room was not ready. Also the extractor fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy. Despite these couple of gripes we would definitely stay again.

Hmm....really not sure it was worth £150 a night! Lovely old building but the rooms are very dated and the facilities are not great, for example no plug by one of the beds which is poor for a modern hotel.
Sink taps were barely discernible which one was which, and water pressure was very poor. Lift also out of order.
Beds were admittedly comfy and the size of room was acceptable but not for that price.
Should have stayed at the Hampton next door and we would have got breakfast included. Disappointed and feel like we were ripped off a bit to be honest.

The AC machine in the room was incredibly noisy and it turned on automatically even after being turned off. Bathroom was quite dated. Bed mattress felt too soft.
The staff were nice though and there was a good a la carte breakfast

Very convenient location - few minutes by feet to everything central. Q-Park parking literally across the street. Very pleasant reception people. Building is very old but well maintained and clean. It has unique antique lift which sometimes does not work but staff are helpful with luggage if needs be. Rooms has weird smell but got used to pretty quickly.
Area is quiet but can hear transport when passing by. I loved the fact room had bath.
