DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central

Did us well when we wanted to go into town and meet family for dinner. Worth the money for a short stay. Parking was nice too which can be paid at reception for anyone reading and wondering

While I can’t say I fully enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, that may partly be because we had just come from a really lovely hotel in Aberdeen, so my expectations were quite high, particularly regarding the housekeeping standards, given the hotel’s reputation and heritage. Unfortunately, the cleaning service and general room upkeep felt somewhat lacking during our stay. That said, it was still a good stay overall. The reception staff were fantastic, very professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was decent as well, although we were unable to try many of the buffet options due to personal preferences and faith-based dietary restrictions. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Glasgow.

Location really good, but it was not upto “Hilton” . Evening looks like a B&B hotel and we had to pay £18 for parking and room was really small compared to the pictures.

Conveniently located. We attended an orchestra at the Royal Concert Hall which wasnt far off. Ample car parking available (with a fee). Would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect location, clean rooms, great breakfast and welcoming staff.

Doubletree by Hilton is quite a good stay in Glasgow, it’s only a few minutes walk from either of the train stations or coach station, and the entire aesthetic of the hotel is nice. Amenities were a bit lacking tho, no slippers, or toiletries like toothbrush, tooth paste, etc. I asked for cotton buds at one point but never received them. Besides that tho, would recommend! The gym and swimming pool are nice too, and breakfast buffet is also a big plus!

Average hotel for an above average price, and also told room was ready but extra £20 charge as I was early? If its ready then why the charge, it's just greed on an already expensive room.

We had a wonderful stay. Bartenders are amazing!Food is 💯 good. This is the most convenient hotel around glasgow. As a filipino, I am happy that Jollibee is just around.

There was a pungent chlorine smell from the swimming pool in the hotel lobby ..the room table lamp was not working and the room was very compact..really nit happy
