This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Paying over 10,000 RMB for 3 nights, I wouldn't have stayed if I wasn't on a business trip abroad. Everyone, please avoid this place! It's worse than an old guesthouse, and in China, it probably wouldn't even cost 100 RMB. There's no parking either. The pictures have nothing to do with the actual hotel. Sydney, however, is still beautiful.

There was no trash can in the room. The water pressure in the shower was low. The room window was so dirty that when I tried to take a picture outside, my phone kept giving me a 'clean your lens' message.

Great location with a mall nearby, plenty of dining options, and convenient transportation. However, the cleanliness was subpar; I saw a cockroach, and there was light leaking in by the curtains.

Staying here for 5 nights. The location is great — it's near a local shopping mall with plenty of eateries and several bus stops, where many buses pass through, making getting around very convenient. The staff is super helpful — a big thumbs up! The room is nice and clean; it basically has everything you need, except for a toothbrush and toothpaste, so you'll need to bring your own. But no worries — there's a Coles supermarket in the mall where you can get all the necessities. I booked a city view because I like having a window, though there’s a compressor outside it. But that doesn’t bother me.

Location is superb, minutes away from anything in Glebe. Staff very helpful. Bit overpriced, but was a concert weekend so, fully understand. Would definitely consider to come back in the future.

Although the service was good and the staff were friendly. We had the NOISIEST A/C system I’ve ever heard. Between that at the extraction fan in the bathroom it made it really difficult to sleep. Even with ear plugs. We did mention to reception but were given some spiel about it being a certain time of day at it quieting down of an evening. It didn’t, but we were only there a night and so just suffered it. All in all, if the room was quieter we’d have had no problems. Perhaps we were just unlucky.

The hotel is clean and in good location of Broadway. However, the room doesn’t have windows, but smelly .

The walls were thin and it was very noisy. Couldn’t get proper sleep. Otherwise, in all other aspects, great place for the price.

It is very close to the universities and very convenient to the central areas. Will definitely book again next time.

Ideal location for those temporarily working at the University of Sydney

The room was decent, and it's very close to the University of Sydney.

When looking for a Hotel close to the center and to a major station, this one came up as the overall winner when considering price, location, and facilities. We booked two rooms, and the staff was immediately very helpful and responsive. In fact, I asked about a late check-in (after closing time) and I had an immediate, positive reply. This was confirmed at the check-in. The facilities are a bit what you would expect. Everything is reasonably clean, but the carpet and furniture are a bit old. The bed was ok, yet, I noticed that the fitted sheet did not reach the bottom of the mattress, which I found really bizarre. The room was overall quiet, although it had no windows, thin walls, and part of the roof looked like it was letting some light through. Also, I disconnected the fridge to keep it quieter. A kettle with some coffee and tea were provided, and some food from the previous guest was in the fridge. As many have mentioned, I did not see an actual breakfast buffet. For this reason, I preferred having breakfast in one of the cafés around the area. Finally, it does not seem that the room was cleaned after our first night, but I read that room service has to be requested, and we did not need it. All things considered, my family and I had a good stay. For sure, it feels like we spent a lot for what we got, but this seems more due to the area than anything else.
