"The photos of this motel are obviously very old. The motel has also changed its name to Glen Innes Lodge Motel. Huge dog barks at you behind a fence with a beware of dog sign as soon as you pull up. Vinyl floors, good for pets. The one armchair had obviously been a scratch post for cat. Very, very basic accommodation as expected from the price. Old innerspring mattress had seen better days. No shampoo or conditioner. But the shower was great. Additional toilet roll over the hand basin was a unique feature. "

"Having to book the hotel late evening didn't give us a option to be able to complain that we ordered the spa room... as the picture said and I Pacificly got the room for the spa and as this room was slightly extra then other hotels as per the spa... So very disappointed but the unitis are respectful and so is the business..."
