Reasonably priced, clean and modern, simple but nice pool, good location. The additional sofa bed was a plus. Recommend using the public parking on Orange St, which is $9/day and a short walk away. The downtown area felt safe and clean, would go back again.

All good except the noise from the water system near the bathroom. It stayed loud pretty much throughout the whole night.

Very bad sofa bed. Springs must have been broken. They changer the room immediately. But it was not much better.. will need to invest on this issue

Convenient location with a good selection of restaurants near by. Room is spacious and clean. The guest laundry is a bonus for us as my son was doing sports Recommended for others to stay in Glendale.

It was conveniently located near a huge shopping mall. The drugstore diagonally across the street (which usually sells everything) was open late, so it wasn't inconvenient. The room was spacious and clean, and although it was a little dark, it was a comfortable stay.

I booked a room with a bed and sofa bed, but they said there was one available and upgraded me to a larger room with two beds for free. Also, when I arrived early, they arranged for me to be able to enter the room earlier than the original check-in time. Furthermore, when I asked if I could delay check-out as my son was feeling a little unwell, I naturally assumed I would have to pay for it, but they extended it for free. The room was also clean, spacious and comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay, including their thoughtfulness. Thank you very much.

The room is big and the Christmas atmosphere is strong. The breakfast still needs to be improved. Now you need to check the room number for breakfast. Many people don't buy breakfast. Although it's only $12 at the front desk, it's really boring to have the same breakfast every day.

I booked a city view, but they assigned me a room with a fan? I changed the room right away, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the female staff member in charge was ******. It's not that there were no rooms, but it's ridiculous that they gave us a bad room that we didn't choose, which is an option that other people would avoid. I was sure of it when they never greeted us first as we were Asians as we walked around the lobby. It was the end of our trip and I was so tired, so I changed the room right away, but I regret not complaining strongly when I think of other Koreans who will come in the future. However, everyone except me was kind, and the room condition was good (the AC was bad). Breakfast was not bad. However, the sound of sports cars passing by at night was noisy. The area called Glendale itself was safe and comfortable.

While looking for a place to stay near Universal Studios, I heard Glendale is safe, so I made a reservation here. I couldn't find an extra bed, so I wandered around for a while, and the sofa suddenly turned into a bed. ㅎㅎ It was perfect because I have two elementary school children. There is a parking lot behind the hotel. You can pay in advance with a QR code, and parking is expensive at any hotel in LA. ㅠㅜ I didn't eat breakfast because I was doing the Universal opening run. ㅎㅎ

First time in Glendale, I have a good impression of this area, the nearby shopping mall is very good to visit. It is relatively close to Universal Studios, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The front desk is friendly, the room is large, and the breakfast variety is not too much but enough to fill the stomach.
