Shower pressure not great !! Bed mattress slightly hard …. Sheets stiff Light in bathroom very dim

The hotel has a good location in Glenelg close to the strip of restaurants on Jetty Road, the waterfront and the Ferris Wheel. We had a room on the 1st floor but it had a good view of the trees and the road in front. Our experience in Glenelg was marred by the numerous flies in the area that kept bothering us as we walked around the parks and waterways in the area. We also had a slight misunderstanding whereby although the hotel had agreed to a late checkout at the time of checking in, this was not documented and the cleaning crew came knocking on our door and asking us to go to the Reception to sort out the issue.

Was good but it’s very loud on weekends with cars and bikes going around Glenelg

Great service, facilities very tired, relying on the location

no staff on sites, check in 7/24 by ourselves. And location is excellent. And just few minutes to jetty road very busy area.
