This was hands down one of the best holidays I have ever had!! Let me begin by congratulating the whole team including the cleaning team, service staff, the customer satisfaction reps and many others behind the scenes. Their attention to detail, smiley faces and attentiveness made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and full of all amenities one may ever need; though it wasn’t available during booking the management has kindly arranged two twin beds for us instead of a double. The facilities themselves were superb: two big pools, a secret beach that can be reached with a 5 minute shuttle boat ride, a 24/7 gym, nightly concerts, and boat tours to explore the turquoise waters of the region - all included in the booking (except for the Spa/Turkish bath which would have been nice to include in the package). Food and drinks were of optimum quality available all day and night. Again, I thank the whole team for this amazing experience and I can’t wait to book my next holiday at this incredible establishment!

Very good, very good hotel, basically can not find any shortcomings, all the staff are very friendly, good dining, separate private beach, next vacation will choose this hotel

Rixos is Accor's luxury hotel in Turkey. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained. The service staff are very enthusiastic and the hotel facilities are complete.

This hotel must be highly praised because every employee sincerely serves guests and meets your various needs. Even though some projects (private beaches to the sea) are closed in winter, it does not affect the comfort of our trip. The hotel breakfast is all-you-can-order, not a regular buffet, but quite rich. The minibar is also free. The waiter knew we wanted oranges when he passed by and climbed a tree to pick them for us. I was so touched. Haha, thank you for adding color to our trip to Turkey

I went there solo for the first time in Gocek and first time to Rixos! I would tell I had the most beautiful experience with the services of ANJANA Spa! Pro & friendly staff! I would give CHEMKA 10/10 which with whom I had three treatments, Turkish Hamam, 75 mns of medical massage, also the after sun treatment one day before I leave

Rixos Premium Göcek is the best hotel I've ever visited. Nestled between lush mountains and palm trees, its serene location by the marina is a true paradise. The food is extraordinary, offering a wide range of international and local dishes prepared to perfection. The amenities, from the relaxing spa to the inviting pool, cater to every desire. The staff's attentive service makes every moment exceptional. This luxurious and tranquil haven is a must-visit, and I can't wait to return.

Magnificent location , wonderful serenity , clean & comfortable big rooms , friendly caring very responding teams from the gentleman MR MAher the manager to every staff at the resort , very tasty food . Azur beach restaurant delicious food and wonderful view , people restaurant MR Haidar was very kind and helpful Fetif and Emre , the NEox club with live bands and entertainment every night , the WhatsApp service is very efficient and practical , all in all it was an amazing experience

This is our 2nd time here and this time took our family! This place doesn’t disappoint, it’s absolutely amazing from the secret beach to the cabana and pool and fantastic staff . I recommend the island hopping boat cruise and the sunset party cruise all laid on by the hotel and complimentary. The food is amazing and our favourite is the Azur the one at secret beach as the views are amazing and a lovely setting. We are already planning to come back.thank you to the staff for making our stay the most memorable.truly amazing.we will be back xxx

This is a stunning hotel where the rooms are immaculate and the atmosphere is very relaxed. There is a speedboat that runs every 15 minutes and takes you over to the secret beach and to the azur restaurant. The staff are extremely helpful and very polite, we had great service from all the staff at the pool bar including Dilay, and Gan. Sirac and Elif in the al la carte restaurants work very hard as they are all really busy restaurants but you still get incredibly good service. I loved that there were always sunbeds available at any time of the day. I can’t actually think of a bad thing to say about this hotel, I would definitely recommend and would love to return.

We were excited to return to the Rixos after our amazing holiday last year - please see my review from August 2023. Family members have also been recently based on our recommendation and also loved it. I am very pleased to say that nothing has changed. We leave later today and have had another amazing holiday. The location is amazing and the hotel fantastic with special extras such as the boat trips (day time and sunset cruises) and on-site Starbucks all included which give this holiday the special feel. However, I think what makes this hotel by far the best family holiday location we have experienced is the staff. They work so hard and cannot do enough to help - nothing is too much trouble for them. This year our son is on holiday with a broken leg (crutches and boot) and often needs the golf buggy for transport. We just pick up the telephone and it is there within minutes. These things just make our holiday much easier and all round a better experience. As I said the hotel staff are amazing. From last year we remember and we love Elif, Mustafa, Ali, Aysenur, Haydar, M Fatir and Irem. They all work so hard but they are so friendly and make us feel welcome. They have been joined this year by more great staff members such as Hasan, Bera, Furkan, Ayse, Ahmet, Mertcan, Ebrar and Cagla who have all provided amazing service. Mertcan who often works on the boat trip has become a favourite of ours as he is so nice and makes fantastic cocktails. I believe that the hotel does look after its staff and so they should, they make the holiday special and so they should do all they can to keep hold of them. So once again, thank you Rixos. Even in 40 degree heat the room was cool and comfortable and rarely needed the aircon on. Our second trip to this hotel and we were not disappointed. Everything is clean and comfortable, rooms so quiet and staff all very friendly. My only personal gripe is the Roman steps leading into both pools. There is a long drop between each step and my old knees struggle getting in and out, especially the final step getting out. If it wasn't for the beautiful metalwork of the gazebo, which i use to haul myself up that ladt step, I would still be stuck in there now (not such a bad option when I think about it) All food is delicious. Just be careful with the sunbeds as a chap lost the tips of 2 fingers when the back collapsed as he was trying to adjust it. We did notice more than one bed where this could happen. Overall a brilliant holiday in beautiful surroundings.
