"As soon as I entered the room, I saw hair on the bed. The bottom of the wall next to the bathroom was damp, as if it was leaking, and there was scotch tape over it. I arrived early in the evening, but I couldn't make a dinner reservation. They said dinner reservations were closing early because it was a weekday. I tried to send a text message to let them know, but they said they couldn't send it because they didn't have my contact information. I had to fill out all my contact information when I signed up for membership, so what's the deal? Expensive for the facilities and services."
