Café da manhã servido muito tarde (eu tinha um evento as 8h e precisava chegar lá as 7h pra pegar um bom lugar e conseguir estacionar, não consegui tomar café nenhum dia porque o café começa a ser servido as 7h.) Estacionamento cobrado à parte com valor elevado do meu ponto de vista, pois a área era do próprio hotel.
Tinham 2 elevadores mas nem sempre ambos funcionavam.
Enfim, a estrutura é boa, mas a administração deixa à desejar.

EXCELENTE LOCALIZACAO, FUNCIONARIOS MUITO BONS E SIMPATICOS. ESTRUTURA MUITO BOA. PONTOS NEGATIVOS OS TRAVESSEIROS QUE SAO PESSIMOS, SO TER CANAIS DA TV ABERTA E O MAIS TRAGICO E NAO TER CAFE DA MANHA. UM HOTEL DESSE PORTE SE TIVESSE CAFE SERIA PERFEITO.

O Hotel é velho, não existe nenhuma melhoria apenas manutenção básica, do contrário ele já estava tomado. As camas todas puídas, os colchões está velhos e afundam. O café da manhã é básico, mas pelo preço é isso mesmo, banqueiros fedem a urina é ar-condicionado velho é barulhento.

Pontos positivos: É bem localizado, perto do centro de compras e fomos bem tratados pelos funcionários.
Pontos negativos: Elevadores antigos e com muitos ruídos, parece que a qualquer momento vai parar. O ar condicionado dos quartos praticamente não funciona, fraquíssimo, antigo e barulhento, uma pessoa calorenta vai sofrer. O café da manhã é bem fraco, pouquíssimas opções, não estava esperando nada incrível mas teve um dia que cheguei às 9 da manhã e não tinha mais pão francês e não existe limpeza dos quartos. Eu particularmente não recomendo.

Não havia papel higiênico e nem toalha de banho no quarto. Solicitei, me disseram que não havia mais toalha, tive que enxugar com uma toalha de rosto. Poderiam melhorar no café da manhã, já que estão economizando em toalhas e papel higiênico.
