Upsides: Extremely beautiful and very relaxing surroundings. Lovely park. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. Good wine list. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Downsides: No milk in the coffee machine for breakfast, bed was shaped like the inside of a football, no toilet brush and one last thing that makes no sense. Why is the coffee cup in the room too small for the amount of coffee coming out of the machine when both the machine and the cup were the same brand? It simply doesn't make sense.

Booked a room in this hotel last weekend. When entering the room we see that the floor is full of stains. There is a thick layer of dust on the furniture. There is also a layer of dust on the remote control. The shower hose is defective, more water comes out of the hose than the shower head. Reported this to reception, the employee was willing to help. She gave us another shower hose, this one wasn't much better. In the end she brought us another shower hose, this was better than the previous two. We were quite disappointed. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, a wide variety of bread and spreads.

Many many thanks for the Great Service ! Everything I needed und asked they ve done their best and made it . Ex , bikes to Rent , extra Night reservieren . Also they ve sent me quickly to Germany my lade cable ( E - Auto ) that I forgot at the Park area. We had a Great Time and would come again !

Lovely hotel and great views out into the countryside. Food was excellent and we had a great dinner on the second night with a lovely waiter looking after us.
Staff were all very friendly throughout and the rooms were comfortable. Can't really fault it.

I see I am not the only one who was disappointed after their stay in this hotel. I can't really say that the rooms were clean: cobwebs in every corner of the room accompanied by their inhabitants, mould in the bathroom, some members of the staff weren't all that friendly. Also a huge pity that little children (aged till 12) were allowed in the sauna and pool area without anyone watching them. Hence: screaming and for us no relaxing and that's was the reason why we booked this weekend in the first place: a wellness weekend. Good things: the lady in the bar was very nice and interested, her male companion who was attending the bar the next evening should follow her example. A luxurious breakfast with a wide choice of products. Beware of the coffee; better order a capuccino or have tea. We had a massage and that lady had magic hands. I wish she lived in my neighbourhood.

POSITIVE/NEGATIVE (1)The food was very expensive (cheapest main course 39 euros) but very tasty and professionally served. We had to wait exactly 50 minutes at the table before our food was served. There were only 6 people in the restaurant at the time (so it was not busy). (2)The surroundings are beautiful and wonderfully relaxing. NEGATIVE (1)Air conditioning not available in the room we were assigned. Air conditioning defective and taped up. Even though we paid for a room with air conditioning. (2)There was a large puddle of water under and in front of the refrigerator when we entered. The floor mat was wet, I could have immediately changed my socks when pedaling in this wetness. (3) WiFi for the PS5 is blocked/not possible. So if you have children with you who want to connect their PlayStation, this hotel is not suitable for that. (4)Telephone in the room was defective. Have to call the counter or walk there at your own expense. (5)Room service information is unclear in the rooms. The website and when booking state that this is the case at this hotel, but in the rooms themselves there is no menu or any information about the number to call for room service. (6)Inappropriate half-nude painting hangs in every room. The website states that this hotel is also intended for families; In that sense I find it very inappropriate that this is hanging there. (7)The room door was broken. It does close when you close it, but when you push the door from the outside, it falls open. We came back from breakfast and saw our door was ajar.... So things were left unattended, as it turned out. (8)After reporting all these complaints, we were moved the same day to another room that did have these facilities. Annoying moving. I have found it very insulting to know that a room is available with all the amenities I paid for, and the employees at the desk then decide to assign us a defective room... We deserve compensation for all these inconveniences.
