I visited during the May Day holiday, and there was a Caucasian woman at the front desk who had a bad attitude; she was cold and dismissive when I asked questions. I got angry right there at the front desk. Once she saw I was upset, her attitude changed a bit. The only thing I can say is that the view from the hotel's common area is decent, but the in-room facilities are a bit dated. I've seen the view now, and next time I'll choose Langham. No need to put up with bad service."

One of the biggest advantages was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, which made commuting effortless. The hotel facilities are excellent, with plenty to enjoy around the property. The standout for me was the gym, which is probably the largest hotel gym I have come across, spanning an entire floor and offering a wide range of equipment. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall resort environment was well maintained and relaxing. A great choice for both business and leisure stays."
