Park Towers

The appartment was what I saw on the advertisement beautiful spacious clean bedroom was nice bathroom was okay tub does not hold water when you're trying to take a bath and there is a garbage smell that reeks so bad I had to keep the patio door open don't know where the smell was coming from I try to locate it but it seem like something might be in the walls don't really know but did not like the smell, but overall everything else was legit. I'll give it a 7.5 and if it wasn't for the smell I'll give it a nine.

Unable to check in due to the fact that they would not tell me the location till I filled in an online form told them I needed help and could I come early before check in and fill in the form before I check in to which they agreed still didn't get a location bearing in mind this is all going through ******* for some reason no direct line to hotel went to the address on the website but the ladies there were totally uninterested and very little help after 3hrs they gave me a phone number when I rang it was told no one available to take the call after another hour I left to book elsewhere during further messages I have been informed no refund I GOT THIS SURVEY FROM ******* NEEDLESS TO SAY WON'T BE GOING TO PARK TOWERS AND ******* WILL BE DELETED ALL BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME THE LOCATION THEY SAID IT WAS MANDATORY BUT THE HOTEL I WENT TO HAD NO PROBLEM WITH ME DOING IT AT CHECK IN RANT OVER I THINK

Thank you for the stay. The location was convenient, communication was smooth throughout the visit, and I had a pleasant stay overall.

Pros: Overall good place to stay. To us it felt central to Miami, or atleast for what we were there for. There was direct access to highways and expressways. Food just down the street and we always had a place to park our rental car. The laundry in the building was convenient and easy to pay for. Building felt secure and the other residents always greeted us with a smile and a cheerful hello. Cons: We had an issue with the kitchen drain and the shower drain. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The room was clean overall. The sliding door didn’t close all the way unless we forced it. We didn’t know that immediately and a gecko got in the first day. Not a big deal, I just had chase it out. The A/C was loud and the temp would stay constant so it would kick on and off constantly. There was a delay with messaging and we didn’t get out checkin codes when we should have.

The property appeared to be maintained. ISSUES: NO CARD FOR ENTRY OR PARKING. NO INTERNET ACCESS AS PROMISED. POOR COMMUNICATION.

Facilities could use a little upgrading. Bed seemed more like a standard size as opposed to a queen size. It wasn’t ideal for two adults. Some floor tiles are moving. Elevators could use some work. Parking can be difficult during major events in Miami.

Property: The room it self was clean. However the property itself was not. Only one elevator worked in the building. It’s regular housing apartments so people who actually live there will be in-n-out of the building (not a big deal though) Check in: The check in was horrible. Not only do they not respond to ******* DMs, I never got the building info. I had to call them while I was in front of the building asking for it. Also when I arrived the entrance door was locked via a code that I did not have nor was ever mentioned. The person who I spoke to was very helpful. And quick to act. Parking: Though there is open parking all around the building it’s limited to what’s available at the time. People live there so it fills up quick. And once it’s filled you have no where to park. There’s a gated parking lot across the building that’s for the residence however you can only go in there if you have a key card which of course you don’t have. Verdict: Not the worse property, but there’s a reason they don’t show pictures of nothing besides the room it’s self. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing stay! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

The room was great, and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. The hosts did not repond to messages through the ******* platform. Once I was able to contact them several days after my orginal request for early check-in I was told we would be notified when our room was ready if early check-in was possible otherwise check-in is at 4pm. We arrived to the property at 4pm and still had not received check-in instructions. Called the company and then 35minutes post check in time, was sent check-in information.
