I think that any hotel that serves plastic knives and forks with food has little respect for its customers. If it wasn’t for that one thing I probably wouldn’t moan too much about the breakfast which at best was mediocre. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and the choice of hot food was limited to sausage, egg and potatoes. Meh. The juice machine was not working and there was a bottle of cranberry available only. Not fruit to try and choose a healthy breakfast from. The one good thing was that they had decaf coffee which isn’t normal for hotel restaurants so bravo for that. The rooms are of a good standard, clean and reasonably equipped. The check in staff were pleasant and the process quickly and easy. The location is good right off the highway that passes through the town. Easy access to restaurants and gas stations.

The hotel is quite dated and needs some tlc to bring it up to the standard we were expecting. Unfortunately every door needs re painting and the fact that this is left for guests to see demonstrates some lack of care. The two bedroomed family suite was supposed to have Air Conditioning, but in one bedroom this was completely broken and in the other the unit was merely a fan (NOT air conditioning as described) which you couldn’t switch off, so was noisy all night. Breakfast was very basic and the tiny room where this was served completely inadequate for the number of guests in the hotel - who had to queue to get in. We resorted to eating in our rooms as there was no space to sit down there. The pool was quite nice but small.

we rent a 3 room with 3 beds. the room is clean and tidy. the breakfast is good and the staffs are nice.

Rest stop on our way to Vancouver. Many fast food joints nearby . Nice comfortable rooms.

We were checked in by a person who probably either hated his job or does not like people - very unwelcoming. Musty odor throughout. Below average breakfast with severely limited choice. Next to highway n.b request backside room. Overpriced in my mind.

Beautiful location. Really close to golden Skybridge ( the highest suspension bridge in Canada ) . Like 5 min drive.

The location is good. The hotel is close by the town and gas station. However we found that the mattress is a bit soft for me.

They have a swimming pool and a hot tub. They also have free breakfasts. Although the swimming pool is not too big, but overall it’s good enough for a mid way stop hotel. Fair price as breakfasts are included.

Spacious room with three beds. Breakfast satisfactory. About 14km drive to Kicking Horse ski resort. We did enjoy the skiing and snowboarding here. Car parked outside. Therefore have to spend 10 minutes to wipe off the snow on the car

Close to highway , lots of trucks at the gas station Nice breakfast, good beds

We loved our stay with all facilities and helpful staff and we highly recommended this place.
