Holiday Inn Express & Suites MINNEAPOLIS – WEST END by IHG

Hotel is very nice all in all. From room, staff, breakfast and amenities are all satisfactory specially the customer service. Highly recommended

Property was under renovation; everything else was fine. I would stay there again after renovation.

We arrived and were told there was a $5 charge for parking, not .mentioned on the website. The property was under construction, this wasn’t mentioned on the website and not anykind of discount for the inconvenience. We've been to hotels being remodeled, but the dirty left in front of our room and the elevator was ridiculous. It was left all weekend and Noone working. This should have been mentioned by *******, they really let us down!

Dirty elevator that looked as service elevator. The last day it was out of service forcing us to take luggage down 3 flights.

It was ok. Definitely not the best holiday inn I’ve ever stayed in and the desk lady was kinda rude.

Everything was perfect but in front of our room there was a room under construction. Nothing wrong about it but at 5 AM they started working on the room and you can hear the noise into our room up until 9AM. We couldn’t sleep due to the noice and I wish we could’ve gotten a room away from the noise or at least have them start @7AM. That’s usually when staff can start making noise but unfortunately we had to hear it since 5AM.

Everything was dirty everywhere. The inside of the elevators really need to be cleaned. There was dust everywhere in the pool room. I know they just reopened the pool but at least wipe everything down. No towels in the pool area. Asked front desk for some and didn’t get any. The room was mostly clean though. The tv takes a skilled person to get it operational as it doesn’t just turn onto tv, it requires some button pressing in the right things to get it working. Parking lot had rocks from the sides of the building and landscaping. Was probably the worst Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed in.
