The hotel was nice and the front desk staff was friendly, however the AC didn’t work. They sent someone to fix it but he came, couldn’t get it working and said he’d be right back. We called a few times and they said he was coming but he never showed. We finally called to tell them never mind because we needed sleep

The hotel is OK. The room is not big. The shower in the bathroom has no door.

The room rate is so expensive, the environment and facilities are not as good as the express, the quilt and pillow smell bad, I didn't sleep all night

The decoration is a bit old, but the shower is quite comfortable. It's just not as good as Hilton's decoration quality. It may be due to the local short holiday and weekend. The price is much more expensive than usual.

Very average, except for the larger space, other aspects are similar to Vienna in the mainland

Good hygiene, large room, suitable for families

At this price, I stayed in a room similar to that of the Seven Days Chain: there was nothing, the bed was small, and the shower room was too narrow for me even as a little person to take a shower. It's really like a motel with a pool garden! So the room charge for one extra night deducted by him in the next few days will be refunded!

Good restaurant. Nice environment.

其實房間和地理位置都還行，也挺安靜的還可以免費充電。但是員工培訓有毒 前台兩次double charge房費，重複收幾次錢，第一次發現後waive了走之前checkout又刷一次。真的很無語！
