MM503035****The hotel is very Tibetan style, and the room is comfortable, it is newly renovated, the front desk is very welcoming, the butler car is very intimate, help us run before and after, and then you can rent it to Tibetan, here Wenchuang ice cream is also delicious, and the sunset is very beautiful, Free grills are available, and I highly recommend everyone to come here for a vacation.

The surrounding environment is safe and convenient, and the restaurant tastes authentic. The drive from the airport is reasonable and the pick-up and drop-off service is on time. It is a quality choice for business accommodation in Golmud.

【【Mw】We came here for tourism. We saw good reviews online and chose this hotel. However, we were very surprised when we checked in. The hotel facilities are complete. As soon as we walked in, we felt clean. The front desk was friendly. The location is also very good. The environment is also very good. The lighting is good. The room has sunshine all day long. GGuest UserThe hotel is a little out of place to be honest. It’s very close to 水上雅丹 but this attraction is not open to foreigners. This hotel has 司机房 for free (for those who has a driver).
However, my family and I never NEVER regret staying at this hotel even though the driver mention that it’s out of place and he has to go longer way to Dunhuang.
The sky was clear and we were able to see stars (really a lot of stars) and also sunrise and sunset.
One thing to share would be HAHA
We are a family of 4. Only the first person who showered has hot water. The rest of us showered in cold water. There is a signage saying that the hot water will come again 20 mins after the first person showered but the hot water didn’t come.
However, it’s not a big factor and we totally understand because it’s in a middle of desert!! We are luckily to even have water to shower in the first place. Our driver shared with us that this area doesn’t have water pipes so we are really luckily that this hotel does supply water.

GGuest UserAs a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.

The room facilities are complete and equipped with sufficient hot and cold water. The wireless WiFi connection is smooth and fast. The parking lot is spacious and there are sufficient parking spaces. The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. Free tea, book bar, and freshly ground coffee are provided at the front desk. Ear-mounted coffee ☕, high quality of guests, quiet night’s rest, all in all, this is a very cost-effective hotel 👏

Because there is half a bucket of rotten acid water in a washing machine, the other door cannot be opened, and the groove of laundry detergent emits a stench, but the hotel did not increase the price during the May Day holiday, which is a very conscience act. So I didn't give a very low rating, if you don't have high requirements for the above situation, you can still try it.
