Tills Beach Resort

⭐ Terrible Service & Extremely Rude Management Absolutely terrible experience. The service was poor, and the management was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The way our concerns were handled was completely unacceptable, and I was genuinely disgusted by the attitude and treatment we received. I will never stay here again, and I would not encourage anyone else to stay here either. Very disappointing and definitely not the level of service or professionalism you would expect from a hospitality business.

Being an hour and half away from the city of Accra, it is a truly culinary destination (not to mention the other resort delights). With an amazing kitchen team headed by chef Carl, we had some of the best seafood players over a two night stay. Best part one can communicate with the chef directly if so you wish and I did. He delivered what I wanted with his touch well stamped. When at Tills, you will eat well next to the o Ean or by the pool or even at the comfort of your own beach villa with special attention from your own butler. Dare to explore new tastes.

We visited with some guests who had not been to Ghana before. Upon arrival there were no hand towels in any bathrooms, or soap to wash your hands. We asked our “butler” for some, and he provided us with what we asked for. The next issue was that the water from the taps runs brown. We attempted to wash a plate and it ended up more dirty than when we’d eaten off it. I complained several times and even asked for some pure water so we could at least wash our faces and clean our teeth. Despite asking the maintenance guys who came to fix the water issue and our butler two hours later we were still without water that we could use. Eventually someone came with one bottle of bel acqua for me to wash my hair with. I had to call again before I got some sachets of pure water, and another bottle. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one. We later discovered that the fridge was not cooling after filling it with our food and drink. Overall very disappointing considering it cost 8,500 Cedis for one night.

The best beach resort in West Africa i suspect, but certainly in Ghana. The totality of the experience is next to none. Hotel, Beach Villas, good service, beach, pools, beach volleyball, beach Quad ride, body boards, kite surfing and surfing, fishing, turtle nests and hatchlings(at specific time of year), whale watching (in season), padel court, African art sales, bar and cocktails, ice cream, fresh coconuts, shisha, large TV for live sports, pool parties, Casino, two top chefs (Lebanese cuisine and International), and i must have missed so much more..... Not to sound Negative, but Not here for the obvious. The food is just amazing. Chef Carl is a genius in his kitchen. see the two dishes ordered in the pics, the Chicken parmesan and the Steak. Delicious to the eye, nose and mouth. You can also invest in phase 3 development which includes 1 and 2 bedroom beach apartments with great rental income potential as not to sit idle. Enjoy your stay at Tills Beach Resort, i know i did.

Highly disappointed, they didn’t allow the access to swimming pool even with swim wear t-shirts. The staff couldn’t even distinguish between swimwear t-shirts and ordinary t-shirts.i was wearing a swimwear t-shirt but the staff kept on insisting that my t-shirt is not allowed as it is an ordinary t-shirt. The Manager named as Benjamin was absolutely okay and didn’t even care when i told him that i will write a negative review. This is not acceptable at all, management Tills Beach.
