Resort ambiance is cool and nice, restaurant staff are well groomed and polite (that young girl and boy) but the only concern is the old *** from the Light house restaurant is rude not have manners, Even he never turn to our table to ask anything after taken only one order in morning breakfast time. He needs to be learn the word of hospitality. Even my wife also feel the same that he's ignoring to serve. Rest everything is fine, rooms was cozy, linen (bath towel) needs to be replaced with good condition.

Conveniently located, the property offers a pleasant atmosphere, comfortable rooms, good value, solid cleanliness, low noise, courteous service, and essential amenities for a reliable stay.

Good resort to we got at very affordable price and we enjoyed the stay and breakfast included which is very hygeine maintained and lots or opinions in the buffet.. Very happy to stay at the place......

Room is value to money. Atmosphere is good as it’s near to sea. AC is bit noisy but it has great cooling effect. Staffs are very good and cooperative. Special thanks Bulu Babu who has a great gesture.

Rooms are overpriced for the experience provided. Restaurant is the only decent offering. Rooms are old. We had to get the AC repaired and bulbs were flickering too. Deluxe rooms have a view. Standard rooms don’t have any view and the view is unhygienic. Basically a beautiful property but not well maintained. Food and service was really nice. Hospitality is good.

I chose Swosti Palm Resort based on its ratings, but my experience didn’t quite match expectations. While the rooms are reasonably spacious, the overall hygiene and maintenance were lacking. The property feels quite old, and certain aspects, like broken wardrobe lockers, raised safety concerns. On the positive side, parking space is adequate, and the beach is within walking distance, which is convenient. Overall, if you’re planning a stay with family, you may want to reconsider, especially if hygiene and safety are important priorities for you.

Lovely and friendly place ideally located close to the sea and only few minutes walk from the centre of Gopalpur and the promenade. A mid-range place with all amenities like AC in the room, a restaurant and other services at reasonable price.
