Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in and so reasonably priced. It’s only a 7 minute drive from the main area where all the shopping is. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Capadocia.

This is truly a magnificent hotel with a quality of services at the highest level. You absolutely have to visit the spa and enjoy the golden fingers of the masseuses (Tarima Kasim!) who offer all types of massages at a reasonable price for this type of establishment. The indoor pool is sumptuous and there is also an outdoor pool and a shaded garden where it is possible to quench your thirst or have a meal. Our suite was very well equipped, vaulted in stone, with a jacuzzi and a very spacious bathroom. The bedding is very comfortable, the wifi fast, the television large with many channels and connectable with android. The air conditioning could be more efficient but is nevertheless sufficient. Above all, the large window overlooks a hill where you can have fun observing for a long time the old local troglodyte dwellings which are magnificently lit at sunrise. There is no shortage of activities and the hotel offers a wide range, from hot air balloon rides to quad biking and horse riding, always with an appreciable level of very high-end service. The breakfast is truly wonderful with a live demonstration of how to make delicious local pancakes made by a young girl (whose seat could perhaps be made more comfortable?). Fresh orange juice, many local cheeses and dried fruits... The restaurant closes late and offers interesting local specialties to taste. The service is all the more attentive as the hotel managers speak English. Ask to take advantage of the visit to the basement to discover the incredible troglodyte suites whose refinement is matched only by the authenticity of the decoration made of diverse local objects. All encircled around another swimming pool, they are really all more beautiful than the others but obviously have a price accordingly...

The service was good. They even gave us champagne. However, the water in the room's pool can only reach 24 degrees Celsius. I didn't use it during my entire stay. It was a waste.

Expensive, poor environment, far away, worse than previous ones

The exterior of the hotel is really nice and we made a reservation based on the information we obtained from the internet. However, the attitude of the employee named Fridevs and our customer service experience were not very satisfactory. Fridevs is not open to criticism, approaches customers with personal perceptions, and his communication often has a negative tone (he speaks to the customer as if scolding). His reluctant and fast speech was disturbing, especially during the tour of the hotel. Not to mention the problem we had with the bath; We made a reservation for a separate Turkish bath as two families, but we did not use this service because we were given a limited time (half an hour). As 508 and 509, we leave our rights to Ms. Fridevs, let her use it to her heart's content, we have come to the conclusion that she may need it while going up the elevator together. The room cleaning and the helpfulness of the staff at breakfast were a positive experience. Especially the cleaning ladies and the breakfast staff were lovely, their efforts should be appreciated.

Everything was perfect

This was ever the rudest receptionist in the history of my travel We reached at 1:20am on the 26th of Sept 2020 and the attitude he showed us was very unprofessional he didn’t even gave us the receipt of the payment we made quite an effort to be nice but all in vain a kind request to trip advisor and all tourists visiting the area please avoid this hotel or else get abused by spending your on money

Stayed for 2 nights in Capadokya. hotel very nice ans accommodating. Staff in bar and restaurant very engaging. Would highly recommend.

We can understand how this hotel has awards. Two young ladies working there called, Nitufer and Yazel were amazing. The hotel did not work us for us but these young ladies were just outstanding. They went far beyond what was required. They were professional, polite, caring. They kept looking for what was required, and as a result the trip was a massive success. The owners of this hotel should understand how great these two ladies are for their hotel. This is why the hotel has awards because of these two special people. Thanks you ladies.

We had an amazing experience. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. The rooms were so comfortable. A special thanks to Ms Dilek for giving us a wonderful massage. One of the best massages I have ever had . A big thank you to the hotel for giving us a wonderful experience!

It might appear to be just a building from outside but it has exclusive cave rooms with personal pool and sauna. The staff at the reception & at the restaurant, welcoming. The breakfast had live local bread preparation and a decent spread. We also enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant In the evening. The staff has a beautiful way to say good bye by throwing water behind You, indicative of wishing you well for future journey. We loved the place , would do a detail reel soon on insta, don’t miss to follow us.

We spent a month travelling through Turkey and this has been by far the most prestigious hotel that we have ever been to. The Premium room with jacuzzi was spacious and stylish with amazing architecture. From the moment we arrived the welcome was great. Nilufer, Ahmed and Mustapha were most hospitable and also not forgetting everyone else in the hotel. Their service is amazing and good value for your money. This would be my best and only choice of hotel when visiting Cappadocia.

Our travel agency tripexpert travel recommended this hotel to us. The spa was amazing and the view from the hotel had these amazing caves right in front of the entrance. The hammam was brilliant, made all our worries and tiredness go away. The ladies doing the massage were very good and professional. Will surely come back on our next visit.
