The cave hotel was truly stuffy, hot, and humid due to poor ventilation. One of the rooms in the suite had no window at all, making it incredibly stuffy. There was only one air conditioner for the entire suite, and the bathroom floor never seemed to dry, always having standing water.

This hotel is located right in the center of Göreme, which is incredibly convenient. It's a unique Cappadocia cave hotel, and the owner is really nice, even speaking a little Chinese and communicating with us via WeChat. They're very friendly towards Chinese guests. We had a couple of issues during our stay, but the owner was super helpful, responded quickly, and resolved everything for us perfectly. We were very satisfied with the rest of our stay. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. Yang Guo, who is an absolute gem, was incredibly welcoming and always checked if we needed anything. He thoughtfully helped us book hot air balloon rides and classic car tours. Plus, there was someone on staff who spoke excellent Chinese, making communication a breeze!
