The bed was covered in dust and small stones that had fallen from the walls, and it seemed like the sheets hadn't been changed. The sofa was also extremely dusty, making it unusable. You can see photos below. I had realistic expectations regarding the cleanliness of a cave hotel, but the worst part was the lack of hot water on the day of check-in! It was 37°C, and I couldn't shower at night, which was absolutely unbearable. The front desk was unhelpful and coldly stated they couldn't do anything about it!

The hotel is new. The staff are super friendly and attentive; it was always a pleasure to chat with them. The room is clean and equipped with basic things: shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, water, slippers and towels. It can get a bit noisy in the evening, but the window blocks the outdoor sound well. Breakfast was good, although some variety from one day to another would be even better. The location is 8 mins away on foot from the bus station and 30 (on foot) from Göreme Open Air Museum. Overall, amazing stay! Highly recommend!

The front desk had a very handsome guy who spoke Chinese. You could see hot air balloons from the rooftop of our room, and breakfast was excellent. Once you enter the first floor, you don't even need air conditioning; it's so comfortable and cool. It's a classic cave hotel, and just a heads-up, the rooms aren't as small as they might seem from the descriptions; they're actually quite spacious. The environment is also great, and the rooms are quite large.

The location is a bit high up, so if you have luggage, I recommend taking a taxi directly. It's very clean and the service is super friendly. The owner's brother can speak Chinese.

Bizim kişi kaldığımız odada hava alabilinecek bir pencere yoktu. Oda çok havasızdı ve lağım kokusu vardı. Oda çok karanlıktı ve banyoda askı dahi yoktu. The hygiene was terrible. The sheets clearly hadn't been changed; when I pulled them back, there was hair and dust everywhere. They also didn't change our duvet, so I couldn't sleep well all night. The room was tiny and had a strange smell. Breakfast was sparse, and the cutlery wasn't clean. What's more, while we were still eating breakfast, the staff started sweeping right next to us, stirring up a lot of dust.
