Should focus on cleanliness and also, improving the electrical amenities and especially door lock!

Location perfect to catch the balloons in the roof.. is on a calm road but easy to arrive to center by walk. Places to eat at 5 minutes walk.. I used the 2 types of rooms caves and normal and both are gorgeous. Breakfast also nice. So I will suggest to stay there is awesome experience

I recommend you this hotel very much. The atmosphere is like real caves. We can enjoy the real caves hotel. The staff were so kind. They helped us to make a reservation for the tour. And they also help us to change the time of airport transportation reservation. The room is so beautiful. There are many restaurants including Kebab and souvenirs shop. You can enjoy testy morning meal with nice view.

PLEASE STAY WITH HARMAN CAVE! You can see hot air balloon from the rooftop, host is super helpful and welcoming, help me booked airport transfer and horse riding. Breakfast only start at 8:30 everyday, because I need to leave at 8:30 to catch my flight, host allowed me to eat earlier so that I can leave on time..will definitely recommend to all my friends.

Just book it already!! Location- Great location that is close to everything and has a beautiful view from the terrace! Breakfast- Breakfast has a decent amount of options and is delicious with convenient times. Cleanliness- The room was squeaky clean with beautiful decoration and everything you might need. The ventilation and lightning is great! Value- The hotel is great value for money considering all the amenities and great service! Service- THE BEST! All the staff is so welcoming, friendly and willing to assist with anything! They arranged our transport from the airport and we booked multiple activities such as hot air balloon (at a FANTASTIC price), ATV tour, a camel tour and a scooter! I can highly recommend this hotel as it surpassed all our expectations and I am so glad I ended up booking Harman Cave hotel from all the options available. Thank you for our wonderful stay and the first time experience that was out of this world!!

Breakfast had good variety, though hot food selection could be improved. Day2 served the exact same items as day1, so there is no day to day variety. Hot water wasn't coming out very well from the shower and the jacuzzi tub tap. On our checkout day, there was no hot water at all (did not bother asking reception as it was 1 hour to checkout). Water pressure was not strong enough for easy showering. On evening of day1 the jacuzzi jets were not working and the reception guy did not know how to fix it (day2 someone came to our room to flipped a switch to make it work). TV is only in living room, cannot view from the bed in a cave suite. I doubt I will return here if I come back to this area.

samet is one of the friendliest receptionist. offering alot of help to book different places for us throughout our stay. they probably can work on the water pressure for their shower. to sum things up, nice hotel.

I stayed in the fairy room. It was a real cave hotel, with lots of balconies and small windows, and it was very stylish! The staff were also very kind, and I'd like to stay here again.

First of all, it was a really kind gesture that they did not make us wait and took us to our room earlier than the time we checked in. Thank you very much again, the rooms are spotless, the hotel is very clean, its location is really good, you can watch the balloons take off very clearly from the terrace. Thanks again for everything.

Staying in the cave was a wonderful experience! It was beautifully renovated, and we had no problems staying there for four days. We were given detailed information about tours and local information, which made our trip go smoothly! I recommend it.

It's an old hotel with average sanitary facilities. It's far behind the popular hotel next door. Fortunately, the scenery is beautiful and you can see hot air balloons on the terrace. But it's far from the observation deck and the town center, so the cost performance is not high
