I don't understand why some people would comment about poor service or discrimination against Chinese guests. This hotel is really great! It's beautiful, like a castle, with spacious rooms and excellent cleanliness. The staff were also incredibly nice. For example, they proactively helped us with our luggage, asked if we needed to store it, and when we mentioned we had our own car, a staff member took our keys, brought the car to the front, thoughtfully turned on the AC for us, and even helped us arrange our luggage in the car. They only left after we were all set. Crucially, when I booked, it was 500 RMB cheaper than the Sasara hotel next door. I've stayed at both, and I highly recommend this one!

The hotel is very nice, located in a quiet area, a bit away from the center, but still within a few minutes' walk. The facilities and the hotel's style are very pleasant, and I especially want to highlight the quality of the sheets and pillows! The breakfast was spectacular! The spa is great after a full day of excursions! However, we were initially accommodated in a Deluxe room instead of the Junior Suite we had booked for the first day and night, which was quite inconvenient until they resolved it. Aside from this minor issue, our stay was very special and enjoyable.

The hotel's location is pretty good, about a 10-minute walk to the downtown commercial area. It's truly beautiful, like a castle, and great for photos, although we didn't have time to take pictures inside the hotel. The suite we booked was very spacious, feeling like it could easily sleep four people. It came with a classic Turkish breakfast, which looked like a lot of food, but we found it a bit hard to get used to. You could ask for more if it wasn't enough, but they limit certain items to one per person. I think it's a bit of a downside for such an expensive hotel to have such limits. The staff weren't particularly enthusiastic; their service definitely can't compare to what you'd find in China. That's pretty much it, though we didn't experience any of the discrimination against Chinese people that some online reviews mentioned.

This is a negative review, yet I didn't find any of the issues mentioned. I noticed a bucket with transparent umbrellas at the entrance. The front desk helped me with my luggage when I checked in, and a service staff proactively helped me with my luggage when I checked out. My partner managed to get some fruit for me at breakfast because it was so good, even though it wasn't supposed to be included – the table next to us didn't get any. The pool was great; my partner learned to swim in Turkey! The restaurant was also very responsive; they managed to get us a filling meal even though we only had 30 minutes to eat. I really regret not having eaten there earlier during my free time; I have a feeling the restaurant is quite good, judging from the breakfasts at various hotels from Fethiye to Cappadocia. I wonder if I'll ever get a chance to revisit.

Our stay at Sacred Mansion was a truly disappointing experience. During breakfast, the service staff's attitude was very unpleasant. In particular, one female server was extremely impatient and lacked basic politeness and patience when we were trying to order using our limited English. Furthermore, the room was very cramped, and the layout was poorly designed. The bed frame protruded significantly, causing us to bump our legs multiple times. The entire stay made us feel disrespected and unwelcome. Subjectively, I felt that this hotel was not very friendly towards non-native English speakers and Asian guests.

This is a beautiful cave hotel located in the heart of Goreme, offering the best views of the hot air balloons. The room is spacious with two large terraces. In the evening, you can sit on the terrace, enjoy some wine, and watch the sunset – it's absolutely stunning. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast at the restaurant is unique and plentiful.

Initially, we had a lot of reservations about this hotel for this trip, as we'd seen many negative reviews online, particularly concerning discrimination against Chinese guests. However, after checking in, we found that the hotel staff were all quite young. While their professionalism might not match that of a five-star hotel, we certainly didn't experience any discrimination against Chinese people. For all you ladies looking to snap some amazing photos, this hotel is a no-brainer! We stayed here on our last day in Cappadocia, after two nights in a cave hotel, and the change was actually quite nice! Before booking, I did see some reviews from fellow Chinese travelers, which made me a little hesitant. And indeed, there were a couple of minor issues during our stay. However, we believe that when traveling, it's best not to create problems for yourself or be too nitpicky, so overall, it was acceptable. Let me elaborate: Firstly, at check-in, the front desk guy asked if we needed help with our luggage. Since I was with my husband and we could manage it ourselves, and also worried he might suddenly ask for a tip, we politely declined to avoid any unnecessary hassle. He then just took us to the room door and left, maintaining a friendly attitude throughout. Secondly, because we had an early flight the next morning, when the front desk lady was showing us the restaurant, I mentioned our early departure. She offered to prepare two packed breakfasts for us to pick up at the front desk, which I agreed to. I had seen previous comments from other women who said their promised packed breakfast never materialized, so I mentally prepared myself for that possibility. Sure enough, when we checked out at 7 AM the next morning, the lady wasn't there. It was a different guy. I checked out with him, and he said he needed to check the room. We waited at the front desk, and after he checked, he said everything was okay. He didn't offer us any packed breakfast, and I didn't ask about it either, still operating on the principle of 'less is more.' On one hand, I didn't want an argument, and on the other hand, we'd been in Turkey for many days and knew their breakfasts were mostly cold dishes, which we aren't used to, so I didn't feel it was a big deal. Aside from that, I found the front desk guy's demeanor to be perfectly fine; he was friendly the whole time. If you find the above situations acceptable, then this hotel is an excellent choice for you! I also saw many Chinese compatriots staying there, mostly pretty ladies here to check in and take photos. It truly does make for great pictures! Just snap away and you're good to go! That's all! Hope this helps everyone!
