We first stayed in a cave room, then in a standard room. The cave room was really cool – it had a shower, a hammam, a hairdryer, slippers, and toiletries. There was a lovely herbal scent, probably from the hammam. The hotel itself is great and well-maintained. The terrace offers a magnificent view. There's a pool and sun loungers. In the evening, there are plenty of places to sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Everything is very photogenic. The breakfasts were good, with cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, fries, pastries, vegetables, etc. Everything was delicious and filling. The staff were friendly.

The hotel is not built into a cave but is nearby lots of caves and is very centrally located close to the center of town. The room was small but looked clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool area had a swarm of yellow jacket wasps and one stung me. I wish they would invest in pest control to kill the hive but one of the employees was kind enough to put a piece of smoking coal near my table outside to protect me from the bees. Overall, I thought it was a good hotel and reasonably priced.

I would not recommend anyone use trip.com or Cappadocia caves hotel. We booked a holiday for my 4 year old daughter's birthday in Turkiye. Due to the war in Iran, we were unable to fly as Ethiad airways canceled flight and provided a full refund due to safety reasons. I provided cancelation document to both trip.com and Cappadocia cave hotel, requesting a refund but this was denied. How could we get to the hotel, if we could not get into the country. It is important to note that all other hotels booked in Turkiye provided full refunds by the hotel and *********** Very disappointed customer,

Not worth the price paid for it. Small room, musty moldy smell, but I guess that’s what staying in a “cave” room is supposed to be like? Other things that were surprising was dirt falling from the ceiling so if you don’t mind sleeping and waking up with that on your mattress and sometimes on your face than ok. Not much of an experience. Regular room without “cave” environment probably better.

The front desk staff had a terrible attitude. They wouldn't even let us use the rooftop for photos during the day, even when it wasn't raining, and they didn't provide any blankets.

We are here for 3 night stay. First night we uncounted the jazucci was not working well, metal ring fall out. The toilet roll holder also fall off. The bed frame a bit funny, we can knock on bed frame if we not watching and it cause hurt. After feedback, they fix the defect. The breakfast not bad, variety of food. The room is not that big 3 of us squeeze in one king bed. Well the location is near town and amenities.

1. Good location with restaurants and BIM supermarket nearby 2. Helpful front desk staff who help with last minute requests too. 3. Cave ambience 4. Large terrace from where balloons can be watched (on days when own flight not scheduled) 5. Good breakfast spread
