This hotel is ideal for short stays. It's a clean hotel right in the heart of the city. The staff are also very helpful, making it a truly great value for money option.

The hotel is in the city center. Conveniently located. There's a small parking lot. Breakfast is buffet-style, but everything is standard – boiled eggs, cheeses, cold meats, cereal, vegetables, etc. There was no coffee, only tea. The room is large and quite comfortable. No TV. The shower is spacious. Soap, gels, and shampoo are provided. What I didn't like: We arrived at almost 11:00 PM, and two guys were sitting near the entrance (one of them turned out to be the receptionist). They saw us looking for the hotel entrance and going up to the second floor with our suitcases. Unable to find the reception desk on the second floor, we went downstairs, and I approached one of them myself to ask how to find the hotel reception. He replied, "I'm the receptionist." It's kind of strange to see tourists looking for a hotel and not even respond. Then, instead of giving us the room keys, he started asking if we were planning on hot air balloons or ATVs. And if he should call someone about it. I find that kind of attitude inappropriate.

I was a little worried because we arrived late at night, but we were able to check in smoothly without any problems. The bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious too!

The hotel is very well located, but the room overlooked the street. The breakfast buffet was basic, and the bathroom lacked shelves. The room was adequate, but it lacked utensils and a kettle. Overall, we had a very good experience with the receptionist. Our bus was at 11 pm, and he allowed us to stay in the lobby. He helped us book a tour. Thank you, my friend! See you soon!
