The view from the hotel is pretty amazing but since it's up on a hill, you'll need to hike up and down if you're planning to walk to the town. Hotel feels very dated, the rooms are cool, but also feels very old. I know it's winter but the rooms are really stuffy even though we had the window opened, and heater turned off. There's a sign saying to save water, but the shower takes about 8mins for the water to be hot. There's a lot of steps/stairs in the hotel, some pretty steep ones The check-in staff was quite accommodating. I booked a suite because the website showed it came with a bathtub, but the first room didn’t have one. They sorted it out quickly and moved us to the correct room, which I really appreciated Let me know if you want it slightly more formal or more friendly.

Beautiful cave hotel in Goreme. I got upgraded from junior suites to suites. Hotel room is spacious and we have everything we need in the room. Walking distance to the city. Rooftop view is amazing both for sunset and sunrise viewing balloons. They also have nice set up for pictures.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Perched at the highest point of the village, it offers absolutely stunning views from its observation deck. The reception staff were incredibly warm and attentive; upon arrival, they professionally introduced us to all the hotel's facilities. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary suite upgrade and the fantastic farm-to-table breakfast experience. The scenic drive to the valley for breakfast, and the breakfast itself, were both incredible. Our guide, Shamas, was wonderful – she provided excellent commentary throughout our activities and was fantastic at taking photos. Although the price was certainly on the higher side, the experience for over 2000 RMB was absolutely phenomenal and made it completely worth every penny.

The hotel boasts a beautiful setting, and the restaurant serves truly delicious food. The overall quality is on par with a five-star hotel, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The rooftop is stunning and perfect for taking photos, making it highly recommended to visit early to catch the sunrise.

Electrical keep triping whole day… they just told us they fix it soon… but whole day keep on off electric…

The hotel boasts an excellent location with easy access. The staff were very friendly. The facilities provided were sufficient. However, there were limited photo opportunities on the rooftop.

I’m stayed with family at family suite with 2 bedrooms plus spacious living room. Super nice Hot Air Balloon & sunrise viewing in the morning. Very attentive, polite and friendly hotel specially compliment to both Zeynep & Mensure. Both are lovely ladies.Thank you once again for everything during our stay . Highly recommend hotel if you going to Cappadocia.

The Sultan Cave Suites were absolutely beautiful!!! The service was great, the breakfast was lovely and the view magnificent. Everything was clean and cozy. It was a fairly easy walk into town to the restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Stunning view. Very impressive. Room is a bit dark but overall impression is good.

Service here is superb! The receptionist gave us a short tour of the whole hotel include the sister’s hotel as the facilities are shared. The view and the terrace here are AMAZING. You literally find many instagramable spots every corner of the hotel. Had my dinner and breakfast in Seten’s restaurant, I would say they are both really delicious and many choices for the hotel’s breakfast. Room could be quite small even I booked the Junior Suite, room has no ventilation too, the window can’t be opened so it can get a bit stuffy inside the room.
