Structure, scruffy. No heating, wet room, no shampoo, no conditioner, no parking. Passable for 1 night if needed.

預訂的時候進頁面跳轉了一下日期，我沒注意到，付完錢馬上發現比我要定的日期提前了一天，其他行程已經定了沒辦法更改，立刻聯繫攜程客服幫忙跟老闆溝通能不能幫我延後一天入住或者取消我重新預訂，老闆均拒絕，完全無法溝通…將近1000塊直接打水漂
還好我訂的時候買了一個取消險，回國後保險那邊賠了90%，反正提醒大家定的時候一定要看好日期，遇上這種情況頭都是大的

When I read the comments on this hotel, it feels like we stayed in an other hotel! We didn’t like the breakfast too much. It was the same every day, many things were fried and the vegetables were not fresh. We cannot be enthusiastic about the room, it wasn’t really clean, there was a moisture smell, rain came in our room through the window, electricity sockets were broken. The only positive sides of the hotel were the friendly receptionist Emin and the great view!

This hotel is a real traditional cave hotel and you can feel the real turkish experience. Amin is the nicest person ever and helps you with everything you need and question you have. Great position in the Göreme city and with a nice breakfast with a good view!

Im grateful 🤗for nice stuff that was serve us all days of staying at lovely hotel. Amin was helpful for any little things on breakfast, if you wanna buy an excursion or just need advice . He always take care about your comfortable staying at hotel . Big thanks to Kemal ( hotel owner) , who contact me in advance before our trip. Kemal can organize everything that you want, even make your mom’s birthday party ❣️Special thanks 🙏 for that! Also thanks to girl, who making breakfast for guests and cleaning rooms. The room is very good but in terms of breakfast it is very average especially when you book and you arrive in the morning with no table available and have to go back to the room to wait. No balloons taking off even though the day before the owner told us that there were some. In short, very average and expensive for what it is!
