Unfortunately my experience was a negative one. I chose the hotel from the photos, looked so good, but in fact it is a 2-3 star accommodation with very poor staff interactions, on top of that they try to sell you attractions and activities for almost double the going rate. They tried to sell me hot air balloon experience for 170 euros, I purchased same for 100 euros. When I tried to cancel my balloon ride in the next 1-2 hours of agreeing without payment, (ride was for the following day) ( by the way they insist paying them cash). I told them the room was so different to from what was advertised, they told me to vacate room and go somewhere else. That was late in the evening, so I refused, and told them that I've already paid for 2 nights and I will be staying there for those nights, I'll be going somewhere else after that..
They were so rude and aggressive...very confronting 😔

This hotel is a nightmare! It’s nothing like they advertised. It’s on the worst location in gerome. Built on a tiny hill in the middle of nowhere. The breakfast was awful and stale. The biggest issue was the owner and his very very rude daughter; they’re running the hotel and they also live there. Nothing was professional; it was 93 degrees and we were traveling with a little baby. We asked them for a fan because there was no air conditioner, the daughter ESRA said it doesn’t say on the website that we provide a fan or air conditioner when you book the hotel. These things are given, These are necessities even if they’re not mentioned in the website they should be given, just like the lights and water is provided but it’s not mentioned when you book the hotel! It was the MOST RIDICULOUS thing we have ever heard. THEN she said she will call her father and we thought it’s because he speaks English;;; but noooo this mannnnn came inside the room yelling and screaming and told us to leave the hotel since we didn’t like his hotle!!!!! Keep in mind that we were with a 3 year old baby; waited 5 hours to check in because our flight was early, and we only politely requested a FAN !!!!!! He wouldn’t listen to anything we had to say and finally called the cops on us so we leave his hotel . Luckily a very kind translator came with the cops and helped us move to another hotel. This hotel , it’s owner and his daughter were a total nightmare. They were the most inconsiderate unreasonable and rudeeeeeeeee people we ever came across!!! Do not book with this property!!!’ It’s a scam . Later the neighbors also told us that the owner is mentally unstable and has anger issues. We are so thankful that we were able to move to anothe r hotel otherwise we are not sure what would that owner would have done . He was violent and loud and veryyy rudeee!!!

highly recommended! perfect location-restaurants , groceries, shops just 5 min walk amazing breakfast lovely hosts- very helpful to all my needs i travelled solo and i felt at home staying in this fantastic place . 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel which included breakfast each morning. The hotel was nice and very clean. Our room was spacious and bright and the bed was really comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was great, there were actually two showers (one with jets) and there was also a towel warmer in the bathroom. The wifi worked really well too. The breakfasts were buffet style and each day there was something new which is nice because most places serve the same breakfast daily. The hotel is just off the Main Street so it was really quiet. There is a swimming pool which looked lovely but it was too cold to swim so we never used it but it would be great especially after hiking all day. The owners of this hotel are lovely people and are very helpful and you can book tours through them. If I ever go back to Goreme, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Seven Stone hotel
