Spacious rooms, large bathroom with hot tub. Newly built rooms, so they are all in good condition. Alper at reception is a legend and will help you with everything. We booked our balloon and green tour through him, it was 10/10. Location is good, linen and towels were clean. Everything you would expect on a more premium stay. Definitely worth it.

Great hotel with a beautiful view—perfect spot to watch the hot air balloons! The room was clean and comfortable. Just a heads-up: it’s located on a hill, so you’ll need to hike up, but the view is definitely worth it!

Yee11We had an amazing stay at Divan Cave House! The hotel sits on a quiet hill in Göreme with beautiful panoramic views of the town and hot air balloons at sunrise. The cave rooms were spacious, clean, and full of character, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready to assist with balloon bookings, transfers, and local recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of fresh items served on the rooftop terrace, where you can also enjoy a perfect view of the balloons in the morning. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and shops, yet far enough for peace and quiet. The cave atmosphere felt truly authentic and cozy, especially in the cool October weather. Highly recommend Divan Cave House for anyone visiting Cappadocia — it’s a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay that captures the spirit of the region perfectly.

Anonymous UserThe room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, making it very easy to explore the area. I would like to give special thanks to the receptionist Abdurahman, who was extremely helpful, especially with balloon reservations and other arrangements. Their support made our trip much smoother and more enjoyable. :)

We stayed here 3 nights. December. Simple hotel with an open courtyard & we were in quad family room. When booking, we requested for cave room as we see there are pics of room that does not look like cave. Upon arrival we were given non-cave room (because it's a slightly bigger room compared to cave) we like that it's at level 1. Right at courtyard. It is convenient & nice to just hangout there. We checked with reception and requested to stay in a cave room. The reception was very helpful & allowed us to change for the next two nights after showing us how the cave room looks. My teenage girls love Lucky the dog (part of the reason why we picked this hotel) after reading reviews, and there are also 3-4 cats. They totally enjoyed the stay having these cute company. Breakfast was good enough & location is good too. We took bus to uchisar, even to derinkuyu on our own. Not too tough. Bus station within walking distance. Only hope to improve is the cave room toilet can be very stuffy. And the shower area can be curtained to prevent water from splashing around. Overall we are happy with our stay. And all the staff are helpful & nice.
