I paid more the ********** charged me and I drove 5 hrs so we could use the pool there and it was down for repairs were never told to me while booking the whole wall in the shower /tub was cracked it was just a bad time all together the place charged me more then what ********* told me with tax .very unhappy

Huge 75 foot heated indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Room was a little on the smaller size but for the price I am not complaining. The room was big enough for the two queen beds and a chair, small refrigerator, microwave and bathroom area. I was there for the pool and was not disappointed.

Excellent stay! The staff was warm and welcoming. Updates room, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Clean simple rooms with fridge microwave and tv. The bfast is simple (toast, oatmeal, cereals)but ok, the pool area closes early in winter and there is no gym or court as in pictures.

Upon arrival, the smell throughout the main facility was nauseating, like dirty diapers, lots and lots of them. The room, although very small, appeared to have been updated. However the walls are very thin. You can hear the conversations from the adjacent room as if they were sitting right next to you. The indoor pool is large, but very dated and in need of repair. You can feel the deterioration of the pool floor beneath your feet as you're walking. Some pieces of the pool floor were loose and sharp. The staff wasn't rude.

The rooms have been newly renovated so they are very nice now and also very clean The only problem we had was no hot water in the shower. It was just kind of lukewarm each time we used it.

Staff was great. Clean. Just noisy. Doors slamming, loud conversations, later than normal.

There was a large leak of cold air around the door, so on a night that was-2 we used towels and boots to cover the hole. The sauna was nice but a board was broken that a kid could get injured on

During check in I was charged an additional "amenity fee" which was not listed from ******* as part of their "total price including taxes and fees" even though I had already prepaid. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the curtains were a bit gross, looking like they hadn't been washed in a decade. Both the bathroom sink and the tub did not drain properly, so taking a shower meant standing in 6 inches of water, and the sink would collect a nasty scum as it slowly drained out after washing your hands or brushing your teeth. We were looking forward to the pool and hot tub, but after checking them out, we decided we would rather not. I wouldn't stay here again.
