Very good. We were here for a concert at the Ullevi for one night. Hotel and staff were very good. Price could have been better but thats the world we live in now.

This prime location meant we could easily whisk our pint-sized explorers back for a crucial mid-day recharge. Those fantastic kid-focused facilities were a lifesaver – perfect for a quiet break, a quick nap or just decompressing before diving back into the fun. And the perks didn't stop there: we absolutely loved the vibrant on-site theater, the cozy café perfect for a sweet treat and a breakfast spread that perfectly fueled our daily escapades.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The room featured bunk beds, thoughtfully separated from the main bed, which is ideal for families with children. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they provided a brief overview of the hotel and proactively offered a map of the playground. The breakfast restaurant even had a small carousel for the little ones. Hotel guests receive free admission to the playground after 6 PM by showing their booking confirmation. The hotel does not have its own parking. We had to use two nearby paid parking lots, and I recall it cost 425 SEK per day. We stayed for two nights, and the parking fees really added up.

Best hotel if your main plan is to go to Liseberg. Location is very convenient and there is a supermarket across the road. Breakfast has a good selection with decent coffee. Our room didn’t have a good view and is a bit old and worn but ok for a short stay.

Well everything besides our check out experience was great. Really great! Then when checking out, we had 3 interactions with the reception about checking out prior to checking out. and only the one at 12:30 (when checking out with luggage and all), we were told to pay a 200SEK late-fee, which I was then told could’ve been even higher and that I should be thankful they didn’t charge me double… Not nice - and we had 3 interactions prior to this for this exact reason. I wanted to work out first and then shower in the room before leaving. If we were told the first time about the late check out fee; we would’ve checked out then and there. I complained about this practice, to deaf ears. Not coming back despite it being very nice and perfect for a Liseberg weekend with the family
