ATTENTION. It’s not a hotel but price is like a hotel. No personal to contact when we realized the was the case. Toilets and showers are shared and are in another floor than the room. No bed sheets. It cost extra. We left to go to a normal hotel and asked to cancel our reservation but no answer from the host. They did manage to take our money, though…

Shared (tiny) toilets/showers. Poor breakfast, for example by far not enough milk and you have to brew your own coffee. Bedlinen provided but you make your own beds. They charge for bedsheets. Worn-out interior in the rooms. This is a hostel. But for that way too expensive, despite a very good location close to Liseberg and Universum.

Had really hard time getting hold of the hotel staff for inquiries ahead of time. Because of the late responses I got from them (I had to ask everything twice) I had to book my train ticket very late and ended up paying more than needed. There are good stuff for kids like TONS of pretty cool legos and consoles etc. I don't think it's clear from the listing that bathroom is shared. Then you have to take off your shoes inside the hotel, which means that you need to go to bathroom barefoot, which is... let's say, not ideal... A very basic breakfast was there and it was good quality.

A very special place with incredibly warm hospitality. Don’t miss the chance to visit this wonderful place.

Great location, but information/service/breakfast was very poor. Good luck with contacting the hosts for things you need beforehand or after.

Great high end hostel-like accommodation because there's shared bathroom and shower. Loved the 24 hour access food selection, which included delicious ham, home made bread, cheese, milk, yogurt, coffee. Also liked the large selection of board games and Legos that kept my kid entertained. There's even free e-scooter, bikes and Segway to rent, but we didn't have time. We appreciated our room was on a separate floor so we didn't disturb the other guests and vice versa but most of the rooms are on the first floor. Would have given it 5 stars if there were more windows since many of the windows were blocked by a TV or shelves.

They need to be honest on their website for example they need to let people know. There is no showers and their rooms they have to share. Also, the code to the doors they all have the same code . I think that’s very scary and there was one man I don’t know if he was the owner or manager. He was very rude and disrespectful how he came out. I will never come to this place ever again and I will not let anybody come over there if they ask me. 😡
