Room is basic but good value. Staff generally very helpful. Requested heater and it was brought up promptly. Big lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs to wait around.

My stay was generally good, and the staff was friendly. However, there were several issues worth mentioning: The parking cost was higher than what was stated on the website. On the 3rd floor of the parking garage, there is no shelter, and the spaces are very tight. If another car parks slightly off‑center, it becomes difficult to park. On the first day, I had to check all floors and eventually found a spot only on the 3rd floor, though the following days were fine. The parking entrance passcode was changed without informing guests in advance. We only learned about it after facing problems at the entrance. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but there were no extra amenities beyond what was shown. One of the towels had a brown stain, which was unpleasant. The shampoo provided was good. Overall, the stay was okay, but improving communication and parking conditions would make the experience much better

Just minute walk to the university of Gothenburg. The hotel is clean and nice. Worth for your monry.

Stayed for one night only but wouldn't have minded staying longer. Room is well-lit, small but comfy and definitely fine for one person. Breakfast was pretty good and had a good variety of options, just a bit crowded (understandably so because I think all bookings include breakfast by default). Luggage storage is free but not super secure; the front desk locks the storage room but then you place and take your own bags from inside, so there's nothing stopping someone else from taking your bag. Location - need to take a bus to the train station; also not much in the immediate vicinity.

Breakfast: buffet style, good. Wish there were more kinds of fruit available. Room: size is ok for 1 person, the bed is quite big. Hair dryer, hangers provided. No kettles can be borrowed and you can only get hot water at the front desk. Staff: i arrived a bit early but the staff let me check in early. nice and helpful Others: there’s a gym, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi too. Close to a bus stop.
