When I arrived at the hotel, people were living in my room and the hotel smelled like cigarettes. I paid the person 200 euros to get his room in exchange for my children to sleep.

It was a bit boring traveling alone, but the overall atmosphere of the hotel was nice. However, you shouldn't expect a Korean-style hotel; it is mainly good for sleeping.

It's rated a 4-star hotel on TripAdvisor, but the decor is dated, and the mattress and curtains are bug-infested, making it worse than a 2-star hotel. When I asked to change rooms, they said they didn't have any available. When I asked to check out, they said I had to wait until tomorrow to contact the front desk. But I was only staying one day and was leaving tomorrow. This attitude was truly unpleasant.

Good location in Eriksberg. Very close to the Älvsnabben boat to town. Breakfast ok but some things ran out quickly, not many places in the breakfast room. Good triple room with comfortable beds.
