Rixos Sungate - the Land of Legends Access

Our family's stay at Rixos Sungate was absolutely fantastic. As parents with two children, we were delighted to find that the hotel catered to every member of our family, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all. The culinary offerings at Rixos Sungate were nothing short of spectacular. Even our "pickiest eaters" (i.e. our children) were satisfied :-). The diverse a la carte restaurants provided an array of delectable dishies, and we were particularly impressed by the superb salmon at the Japanese restaurant and the atmospheric Mexican restaurant, Cactus, with its live music and singing. The hotel provided an abundance of opportunities for different activities. We would be remiss if we didn't mention the exceptional service we received from Ayzade. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The employees at Rixos Sungate are not only professional but also incredibly friendly, adding a personal touch to the overall experience. It was an unforgettable stay at Rixos Sungate. We highly recommend this hotel. Our sincerest thanks to the entire team for making our stay truly special!

I would like to thank the Rixos World Class Team, namely Angelina, Eleonora, Obi, Gregory for their professionalism. Kangoo jumping and sup absolute love. In general, activity suits tastes, everyone will find something to do. Special thanks to the Receptionist Abdul, who listened to us, took into account our wishes and found a wonderful room in the new building. If you are coming to find fault with the food, with outdated rooms, then this is not the place for you. we come for the positive. We will definitely be back in May.

We stayed for 6 nights. Everything was brilliant! From the Restaurant up to the pools everything was clean and perfect. If we had questions or Problems everyone was very helpful especially our Amirreza from Guest Relations! We tested all restaurants and bars fully satiafied! Our suite Was brilliant! Was a perfect and relaxing holiday!

It was just all mega great. Cleanliness, food, children's club, gym, beach, Pool, music, whole facility just great. Everything is Amazing. Many retreat options.Staff nice and polite. Great evening program …………………………………………………………………………

Absolutely fantastic hotel, very well laid out and extremely clean. The beautiful pools are so big, we never had an issue getting a sunbed in a great location irrespective of what time we arrived. Evening entertainment very good and enjoyable and the food was varied and always of the highest standard. All of the staff are exceptionally helpful and they can not do enough for you. Special mentions to Saruman - the fantastic roller skating barman who kept our glasses topped up by the pool all the time, Mustafa, who went above and beyond to ensure our drinks remained cold, and the beautiful Derya whose evening service to us was absolutely amazing. All in all a lovely resort and a very relaxing holiday

The hospitality and interaction of the staff was excellent, the room space was very well designed and the cleaning of the rooms was excellent and we had a good stay. Every thing is excellent poll baar gym and more .. Thanks so so so muche ......

Advantages: The hotel was great. Staff were nice and friendly. Rooms and areas were clean. Amazing shows, specially rixy fairy tales. Afternoon DJ’s were great. Croissant in the afternoon was delicious. Rixy club is very nice for kids. Disadvantages: some rixy club workshops were not available (cooking, dance). Sea foods for 7 days stay were not enough. Lotus bar menu wasn’t available and it is hard to choose (it is highly recommended to consider the menu in rixos app.). Pastry is not available in hotel (except in rixy club!)

The hotel is great overall, food is good and theres loads of it, everything is clean. Plenty of sunbeds and pools to chose from, and ypu will never get board with all the adult and children's activities to do. But its one downfall is if you have young children or your not one for staying up all night the late night rave music by the beach will keep you up half the night even if you have your balcony doors shut, it seems like it's been getting louder and louder every night, we now have got to the point where we have to wait for it to finish before considering sleep. Has spoilt a great holiday. I'm all for people having fun but where it doesn't after others. Many other places I've been to the nightclub is contained, so no noise for those who don't want to dance all night
