NG Phaselis Bay

A great hotel, the place I would come back on my next holiday and the place I would highly recommend! Excellent service, delicious food, child friendly, kids club is very very nice with diverse and interesting activities and with very carrying nannies. Great staff, always responsive to guests' needs. Amazing nature surrounded by mountains, quite and relaxing area. Great SPA, GYM, beach!!!! This hotel is perfect for families and those who prefer to relax in a peaceful way.

Best service I've ever had at a hotel! Stunning location, incredible facilities, beautiful food all delivered by an incredible team of friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure that you have the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday! Have recommended to many of my friends and family and would definitely re-book in a heartbeat! Thanks again to the team, in particular Ksenia and Daria (our personal hotel hostesses) who were simply amazing!; Tayfun for his awesome and friendly service at the pool; and Ayse and the team at Beluga kids club for entertaining our kids! Too many to mention! We all had a wonderful time!

We have selected NG Phaselis following some friends’ recommendation and spend last week there, on a family vacation. In the following lines I will briefly share my experience: Location: The hotel has a unique , stunning view. Fantastic mountain on the back, sea in front. In a word, amazing. Hotel overall aspect: Very impressive, well done! Nice combination of stone, wood and iron, modern, cozy, all ingredients are there :). Facilities: We used the tennis court, SPA (pool) and Games Centre. The SPA area is unique. Huge Turkish bath, Hamam, Finnish SPA, nice pool, a small bar for fresh juices, coffee….amazing. Tennis court, fairly maintained (ground could be cleaner), but with access to water and , as said, fair for a pair of amateurs like us , we have enjoyed it 6 times :). Game center: basic, but it is there :). A small suggestion, as I noticed you like details :) - the equipment is hosted in the Fitness area, which is in the opposite site of the tennis court. Even if I am a keen achiever of 15k steps per day, I would still prefer it to be closer, like at the reception :). The other facilities we din not use, so I cannot give feedback. Reception/:Welcoming and farewell area: Very nice, also. Super nice personnel, helpful, proactive, nice welcoming buffet with sweets and Prosecco :). Well done! Food and drinks: We ate and spent lots of time at Nautilus, Main Restaurant, Enjoy, Beach Restaurant. Nautilus serves for the purpose. You are hungry, you eat there, you are fine. A bit of a view, so, as said, serves for the purpose. Thank you guys for the service! Main restaurant: stunning omelette done by a nice lady! Very good food, in general,. We have enjoyed all breakfasts and dinners and one lunch there. Keep doing the right thing! Beach restaurant-ok-ish…. but they are also overwhelmed by huge traffic in the afternoon. I would say it is ok, but can be improved. And I hope you will revive that back area, including the rusty logo on the back :). Enjoy Patisserie: here we spent a lot of time. And , with small “situations”, we can say it was one of our favorite place to spend time. Special thanks to the Kurdish guy, whose name, I am afraid I forgot, because I am worse with names:). Excellent, thanks! Pool area: super ok! Nice and prompt personnel, adequate pool food , a**osphere, Room: ok, as design and space management. But VERY POOR insulation. And it becomes annoying, at some point to hear showers and hole talks of neighbors. Last, but not least, quite POOR room service. Clean-yes. But no order making, probably from the internal policies. In Asia, they pack your pijama, as comparison :). Forgetting bringing clean coffee cups, Not supplying coffee. Forgetting to take some empty bottles. So, poor. Having just returned from holiday. I thought I’d take this time to write a review whilst it’s all fresh. As a reference point this is our 7th trip to Antalya. Hotel grounds are beautiful inside and out All pools heated which was fantastic. Service was exceptional. WhatsApp Nguide Hande and Emre provided a quick efficient and friendly service. Poolside waiters on roller blades were the best we have experienced. Branded drinks range was awesome. Main restaurant food was delicious. One thing we were underwhelmed with was the steak al a carte. Not as good as some of the others we have been to. Live band and dj everynight on Monte Cristo bar made a nice change than the shows we are used to seeing in amphitheaters at other hotels. The kids club at Phaselis bay gets the top spot based on feedback from my girls. Will definitely go back to this hotel if I can achieve a similar price next year.
