Comfort Inn Grain Valley - Kansas City

The staff was fantastic. It was very clean. They are under heavy renovation that should be done about April. They are doing a fantastic job of keeping it clean and quiet while working, but several things are closed like breakfast, pool, office and fitness room, etc. Honestly, I was surprised at how clean and quiet it was with so much work they're doing. Well done.

The hotel was only partially available due to construction but the room was fairly clean but not completely ready for normal use!

The Hotel was under renovation so there was dust everywhere. The room was very outdated and smelled musky. Would not recommend this Hotel until renovations are complete. I have stayed there in the past but was very disappointed this time.

The side doors didn't work. The front door had to be pushed open and closed. The stairs were not avaliable. Breakfast was closed. The TV didn't work at first. There was exposed plywood in the bathroom. I wasn't warned about any of this but the staff was very nice.

Lots of renovation, holes all in bathroom walls. Worst thing, main reason for selecting this property was the breakfast buffet offered. On check in, was told that there was no breakfast at all. Beds were comfortable and rooms relatively clean but all of this would have been netter known whem nooking.
