Great hotel, very good structure, everything is very new, a little far from the center, but there are options to stay at the hotel all day. For those with children, the Kids space is well-equipped and there is a baby pantry in every block.

Excellent place. All possible care was taken by the Hotel. Exceptional service from the attendants. Room extremely clean and organized, there was even perfume in the room, it really is on another level. I can't say anything negative.

Great hotel!!
The only negative point is access to the pool. Too bad. Either you cross the entire parking lot inside the hotel or you cross outside to get to reception to take the elevator to the pool. In other words, on cold and freezing days you have to wear a bathrobe outside the entire hotel reception.

Very good hotel, new and very good rooms. The location is a little far from the center of Gramado, on the road between Gramado and Canela, but nothing that would be too detrimental.
